So now I am wondering if the preliminary autopsy was performed in Grayson County and a full autopsy elsewhere.

On Friday afternoon, Aug. 5, [Grayson County Coroner] Hudson said preliminary autopsy results determined that the cause of the males death was multimodal asphyxiationdeath caused by impairing a persons normal breathing through more than one method.
As of press time on Friday, the male had yet to be identified.
The investigation is ongoing and being led by the Kentucky State Police.
