Dellen #Millard tells jury at #LauraBabcock trial that he has some evidence to call, starting with admissions

First: the border crossing admission: July 30 2012, Millard and Meneses crossed the border into Canada at Rainbow Bridge. There is no record of any other parties crossing back into Canada. #LauraBabcock

Second admission: Shawn Lerner's video statement to police in May of 2013 he was asked these questions and asked these questions: #LauraBabcock

This admission has Lerner confused about dates and numbers when talking to police about #LauraBabcock disappearance

The detective and Lerner, in the interview, are going over #LauraBabcock's cell phone record and the evidence he collected about the last time anyone saw Babcock. Confusing collection of people and times.

The second, is four pages. It's a transcript of Shawn Lerner's interview with police, done on May 13, 2013.

Lerner had talked to a number of people who had last seen Babcock and had gone through her phone records.

Lerner confused some dates particularly around when she met with one escorting client, named Bradley Dean. Lerner admitted on the stand he had confused some of these dates, as did Dean.

Dean thought he had gone on a date with Babcock in mid-July but later corrected the statement to police.

Lerner next speaks to detectives about Karoline Shirinian, who used to be friends with #LauraBabcock but they had a falling out. She remains best friends with Christina Noudga, #Millard's ex, she told court when testifying.

They start back in October 2011.

Babcock, "U free tonight?"

Millard, "Nope."

Babcock, "Lacey says you smell."

(Lacey is her Maltese dog).

Now #LauraBabcock and #Millard are talking about Hebrew names for their pets. #LauraBabcock appears to be converting to Judaism for Shawn Lerner. "He's the one for me and I'm so happy."

Millard, "Cuz it doesn't phase you."

Then they talk more about Lacey, Babcock's dog.

Nov 2011, #LauraBabcock wants to know what #Millard is up to. He tells her.

Nov 2011, #LauraBabcock wonders "want to burn?" #Millard does but won't. Laura says she loves weddings, #Millard says oh yeah when are you having one?

Also Nov 2011 #LauraBabcock wonders if #Millard and Christina Noudga are trying to get pregnant. Their text messages get testy. Then Laura asks him to puppy sit.

January 2012 -- #LauraBabcock wants to know when she can see #Millard. Millard complains about work, but wants to see her. "when are you not out devirginizing high school boys?"

Millard, "I've been riding myself raw, not in the fun way." He says he's burnt out from work.
