I wonder if Cherry Ann is the blue earth jane doe. Ht is off three inches. If one inch off for each, then it could be a match (jane doe was 1 inch taller, and Cherry was one inch shorter.)

Other points - both hitchhikers with Oregon connection.

What do you all think? I noticed Cherry Ann Greenman isn't listed on blue earth jane doe's page as possible matches.

I found a website devoted exclusively to Blue Earth Jane Doe which has an update that Paulette Jaster has been ruled out by DNA comparison. So they finally have Blue Earth Jane Doe's DNA.

Greetings to all; I am still interested in finding out who our Jane Doe is from Blue Earth, Minnesota. We had some close matches but we are not able to make connections yet with those from back in 1980 when this woman was found murdered by a Minnesota State Patrolman and dumped in a drainage ditch like a piece of trash. We are looking for a woman in her 20's or thereabouts, 5'3" or so; about 128 pounds and BOTH OF HER FEET ARE HEAVILY CALLOUSED! My personal feelings are that she disappeared in the first 5 months of 1980 although she could have been reported missing earlier. She is entered on the Doe Network as case # 183UFMN where there is a sketch of what she might look like. The Sheriff in Faribault County in Minnesota refuses to exhume the body even though it will be free of charge to the County. We want a facial reconstruction done, which will also be done free of charge. Help us find out who she is to bring closure to her family. Thanks; Poolhop

I'm sorry, but the Doe Network descriptions leave a LOT to be desired. Can they be sure she had only one pierced ear or were they unable to determine if the other ear was pierced? Even at that time, one pierced ear woud have been unlikely on a woman. No eye color given, and calloused feet...WTH? They need to look again for her purse FGS.

It makes me sick that it was a state trooper that killed this girl. Will keep looking....

She was murdered by the State Trooper. The guy is a serial offender to say the least-I would have to believe that he left a few bodies around and I wonder if he ever shared any more than what is written?

In terms of the piercing, she may have had one hole closed and one still open without the earring or exactly what you all have stated regarding the chance her other ear was not intact.

One thing that strikes me is the possibility she was from WI-there was a time we believed Tawni Lee Mazzone/MJD was in foster care in WI-those kids run away at huge rates but are also transported for sex trafficking and have been for years....one of the possible perps was arrested in Phoenix in 1999 for trafficking an underage child from the Midwest to Phoenix for prostitution. I am going to dig into my notes and ressurect some contacts...

I would want to know from the detective for Doe if her thumbprint is in AFIS? That will help rule out candidates that have prints also listed in AFIS...

Heavily calloused feet=athlete or someone who lived by the beach or someone who lived someplace she could go barefoot a whole lot, which does not sound much like MN.....?
