The Coroner stated on the stand that the only drug Jessica detected in her body was an undisclosed amount of marijuana.
Jessica was healthy before she died..

If the perp and Jessica were both in her car when allegedly gasoline was poured over her head and she was lit on fire, how in the heck did the perp get out without being burned and physically injured?

Only the door on the driver’s side was open wide enough for Jessica to slide through.

Afaik, all the windows on the vehicle were closed so I highly doubt someone poured gas on Jessica through the window on the driver’s side.
How can a person pour gas on someone and light it without a struggle? Jessica was conscious and able to defend herself if she was attacked.

Jessica stopped having sex with QT. If she and QT were having sex in the vehicle, most likely her clothing would have been in her car.
So, I believe Jessica was alone in the vehicle when this happened and after an explosion injured her body, she narrowly opened and escaped through the car door. Then she quickly dropped her cell phone which was in her hands so she could remove her clothing. Then she ran for safety.

Her clothing was found "2-3 ft behind the car" per Dixon. "Near gate area, some were in little creek with water running through it some some on the grass area". The area from which she came out of the area walking with only panties on, was to the right of the gate. OS of the State theory they said they belied she was in passenger seat and had sex. So why were her clothing out side the car and spaced in same direction that she ultimately came out of little patch of woods?

I truly believe QT is guilty, and I believe the state proved their case. However, I stand by my belief that the whole 'Eric' issue alone will be enough to get a hung jury. I certainly hope there is not an acquittal, but I just don't think this jury will reach a unanimous verdict to find defendant guilty. JMO

You may be correct. She may have said Eric. Eric may have ordered the hit. Or Q may have said something like, "Eric told me not to get involved with you" as he torched her car. It may be enough for reasonable doubt for some. However, for me, his phone call to Jessica at 7:42 was when he was headed her way with a gas can. I can't overlook that.

What was used to ignite the gasoline that was allegedly poured on Jessica?
Did QT have a lighter with him?
Jessica smoked so did she have a lighter with her in the car?
The two lighters found outside Jessica's car were deemed to be irrelevant and no match stick was found by the car. afaik.

it would have to have been inside the car (whatever set on fire) for the care to burn like that. If a match was used it would have burned up . I wonder if the passenger door was locked or unlocked? Crime scene was very contaminated and messed up from first responders, all the water and multiply vehicles as well as onlookers (rubber neckers)
