Agreed. She was lit on fire with her clothes on. She got out and ran to the creek to put the flames out. The first ones on the scene that called 911 didn't see her because she was in the creek. Then she walked out in only her panties.

Dr. Hickerson is a world renowned burn specialist

He stated that u can't put stock into what she was saying bc her ability to communicate was severely affected

Look at her mouth & her face (when u examine t photos again)
 
Yet I do not understand why Daniel Cole did not put those other names in his report. He has been doing his job too long. JMHO

He is confusing. So are they to throw out the 8 first responders statements? And the Det that had limited evidence /crime scene area and their testimony was shotty at best.

n. a verdict by a jury based on the specific direction by a trial judge that they must bring in that verdict because one of the parties has not proved his/her/its case as a matter of law (failed to present credible testimony on some key element of the claim or of the defense). A judge in a criminal case may direct a verdict of acquittal on the basis the prosecution has not proved its case, but the judge may not direct a verdict of guilty, since that would deprive the accused of the constitutional right to a jury trial.
