Purposely lifting Corey by his shirt front tells the story clearly, he couldn't stand to even touch the boy.

The mother isn't on trial. But the testimony at THIS trial indicates the mother took the child to three medical institutions and their expert opinions were that the child did not have signs of blunt force trauma.

Dr. Andrews did NOT narrow the time of mortal assault to 9 AM to 1 PM. He gave a time frame of 4-12 hours PRIOR to death. The child was pronounced dead at shortly after 5 PM.

Dr. Thomas A. Andrew testified at Christopher Gregor's trial that his 6-year-old son Corey Micciolo’s death was a murder.

Andrew, who served as New Hampshire's medical examiner from 1997 to 2017, told the jury he determined the child's fatal injuries would have occurred sometime between four and 12 hours prior to his death about 5 p.m. on April 2, 2021.

Those smiling pics of Corey with mom... his eyes are sparkling with her. Think about it. The ONLY photo shared by defense of Christopher with Corey is the one where he lay with eyes closed at 2:06pm, pale, held up by Christopher in a pic shared with his future pizza date. 3 hours later, he would be determined dead.

Look at his eyes in that photo. I think it's supposed to be his idea of a leer towards his gf. While his son is out cold, or seems to be. Definitely no cuddle.

My point is that the father did not leave the hospital. I find this case has an incredible amount of misinformation quoted as fact.

Not me. My Dad's heart stopped. I was asked to leave and sat on the floor outside his door, sobbing. I have no reason to lie about it.

Well maybe gregor will win a half percentage point with one juror for not leaving the hospital completely ...

But I doubt it.

It is called "too little too late."

I value any defendant's right to a fair trial. The misinformation isn't helpful and I doubt the jury sees it.

You guys remember how many times Gallucci was browbeating witnesses to agree that CG was "escorted" away from his dying child....did anyone buy that? He was so transparently trying to convince the jury that "baby head biter" really WANTED to stay, but was forced out. Notice CG never came back, either, even to pretend he had wanted to be there for his son.

I think that this is a bit of a misquote by the writer. The doctor says “the labs are a result of a giant surge of epinephrine, a stress response. If the body is put under a very stressful situation, it can happen with infection but also a number of things include blunt trauma, we see it a lot with trauma patients and patients that come in with trauma always have a very elevated white count” she goes on to explain in further detail why this happens with trauma patients ( 1:07:58 of linked video)

Exactly!!!! Nurses jobs are NOT to act as escorts/hosts to walk you to and fro! ER staff have actual jobs to do! The f?

They noticed he was in distress so someone pulled over the moving dividers on both sides... and brings a chair.... SO THAT HE COULD HAVE PRIVACY AND COMFORT.

WHAT Does Christopher do??? HE LEAVES the premises where his only son lay fighting for his life. This doesn't track, as the kids say.

It's not as though it was an accident, once his mouth is wide open on Corey's scalp, he then, obviously, pushes down on the boy.....while he is biting him....and Corey kind of crumbles to half his normal height under the pressure of his father's teeth. While Corey also tries to maintain balance on the moving treadmill.

According to LE testimony at trial--and I have repeatedly posted links--CG did NOT leave the hospital prior to his son's death.

I think jurors will believe LE testimony.

Why I ask for that link is, Gregor left the hospital before LEO arrived, and before his parents arrived, he had been tipped off by silly old dad that he (dad) was going to ring the police about an UNATTENDED DEATH.. Unattended, meaning, no family present at death. Meaning, child left alone to die. Meaning, father left before child died. Unattended. At Death . So if there is a link with LEO who claim they were at the hospital WITH Gregor, meaning he didn't leave, then that's worth seeing, that's new evidence, unseen before today.

LE would have to be AT the hospital to testify that Gregor did not leave the hospital. Please stop digging yourself a deeper hole. Thanks. IMO.
