GUILTY NY - Lori Bresnahan, 47, killed, 10yo girl raped after mall abduction, 14 March 2013

Thanks for the update DeeMarie.

Every time I see this perv's face I want to vomit.

Well, Renz is the one vomiting now. He's probably begging, weeping and doing the Oscar Pisterous thing 24 hours around the clock. He's probably kicking himself he pleaded with condition of not being in his own cell 23 hours a day. Obviously, his lawyer has never been to see clients in this particular max prison.

Oh, and the only three situations where a 'single' cell in that place are used is the SHU (special housing unit), keeplock (in general population) and OBS (observation).

SHU, 'special' being that's where the inmates are 'housed' for a supposed determinate amt of time after committing an 'infraction' those guys are not permitted any personal items. If their not cra-cra before they're placed there, they're cra-cra when they leave. lol.

'Keeplock' is in general population. The two differences between SHU and keeplock are their location and the guys on keeplock are able to keep their personal things.

Then there's OBS (observation). This is where the guys are placed, essentially in a large cage (smaller than a cell), clothes removed, and given a gown. They can be held an indeterminate amt of time. These guys are 'supposedly' watched 24 hr around the clock because one of two things, threats of killing oneself, or displaying traits of mental illness.

The prison where he is, is ancient, you know, like really old. It's like the 3rd or 4th oldest in the state.

The jail where he was kept before sentencing and transfer is pristine and akin to Disneyland compared to Clinton Correctional Facility.

I suspect he's in OBS right now, if not, will be there by the end of the week.

NBC's "Today" show will air an investigative report Wednesday morning that examines flaws in the federal probation system exposed in the David Renz murder case in Central New York.

The "Rossen Reports" segment looks at cases nationwide where federal parole officers ignored alarms from electronic monitoring devices worn by criminals restricted to home confinement or banned from entering certain areas...

Authorities said Renz tampered with the bracelet at least 46 times while awaiting trial on charges of possessing child *advertiser censored*, but probation officers did not investigate the alerts. Federal probation officers in Syracuse were fired and demoted over their handling of the case.
