Might not come out until the trial, assuming there is one, and maybe not then. I think, from the point of view of LE, the important thing is to find the missing, catch the perps, and gather the evidence to prosecute the crimes.

The prosecution (or defence) might want to present such details during the trial if they think it'll help their case. But they may not want to, if they feel it could somehow harm their case.

I suspect he said whatever it took to get each person in his crosshairs, some might have been lured by weed, some shoes, some just a chance to hang out who knows he knew them all well I think. His posh life is over now!

He would accept his confession because what the DA wanted CD gave him and that was the location to the one victim that had not been found yet at that time. That was the deal, period. That is what he had to give up to save himself from the death penalty being applied to his case.

It doesn't mean the DA believes all of his confession and I believe he most certainly does not believe all of it. A lot of it makes no logical sense and I am sure the DA is very aware of that. IMO

That may be true but I truly believe that if he didn't believe most of what was recited he didn't have to repeat it. This is just my opinion I don't want to sound argumentative.

But they weren't buying shoes, they were buying drugs from a known drug dealer. I'm saying that kids make bad choices and to say that JP didn't fit in the crowd seems to me like they are lessening the fact that NONE of them deserved to die. They were all doing the same thing.

We don't actually KNOW what any of the victims were doing when killed. We have the word of exactly one person--the man who killed them. So far there is no corroborating evidence, to back up CD's version of events, around any of the claims that drugs were in anyway a motivating factor.

The only supporting evidence to any of CD's claims on this case so far is that of murder and burial. Period.

Also any indications as to if and when CD ever traveled out of town or State? Tia.

I just read the Detectives Document now...how heart wrenching for all of them but especially reading that last bit about Tom Meo screaming & Mark Sturgis running for his life...since the DP has too many loopholes, let them both rot in jail without possibility of parole & let the other inmates show these punks what a Boss really looks like (every night for the rest of their miserable lives)!

I have no answers for you Margarita but I'm from New Jersey and anyone close to Jersey goes to the Jersey shore anytime they wish. Also Atlantic City is in Jersey and easy to get to as well.


Just chose a straight shot (Belmar) into Jersey...typically Sandy Hook begins "Jersey Shore" and ends down in Cape May ....few miles further south than Atlantic City (AC).

"In June 2016, surveillance video caught him and an accomplice breaking into a shed on a property on the 6400 block of Dorcas Street and walking away with a leafblower, weed whacker and a box containing tools, all valued at $1,000, according to the probable cause affidavit filed for his arrest. The homeowner later posted the video to his Facebook page, where a witness – whose neighbor was dating Kratz at the time – identified him in the footage, the document states.

Kratz was arrested on June 20 that year and released on bail. But within seven months he was back in police custody again.

Detectives arrested him in February this year for breaking into the home of the witness in the previous case and stealing several items of jewelry. Investigators later determined that Kratz had sold the pieces for $345 at a resale shop on Cottman Avenue."

So and where were they selling/unloading this stuff...craigslist? Pawnshops? Ebay?

If (big IF) Marijuana is involved at all, let alone in large quantities I want to know where CD was getting it from.

Has LE seen any of this supposed pot or all the money.

Seems to me CD feels he is entitled to TAKE whatever he wants. There is more to this story. I believe LE will get to the root of this pure evil that is CD.

Do not sleuth the suspects' parents unless or until law enforcement names them Person of Interest or Suspect. Subpoenas do not equal suspect.

Public information or no until LE gives us reason to dig into their public records they are off limits outside of their public statements regarding this case.

New York previously allowed casinos only on indian reservations and currently have 5 of those but they are in up-state New York. As of 2013, they have approved 7 "Las Vegas Style" casinos. No idea if those are open yet!

actually you have been away from Jersey for a long time..Casino is right there in Bensalem, another in Chester, which is much closer then AC...However, didn't hear anything about him being a degenerate gambler

From the previous thread so can't quote, but to all those asking how KBM wasn't caught up in this and "got away" from CD when discussing the car sale -- this encounter wasn't in Solebury where the others were lured. That meeting was in Bensalem around 5pm on the 8th. So it was a public meeting, not in private on his parents property like with the 4.

I thought it was just a phone call, and the friend said he wasn't interested?
