Former NYPD Officer Employed More Than Ten Prostitutes
Earlier today, a complaint was unsealed in Brooklyn federal court charging Eduardo Cornejo, a former officer with the New York City Police Department (NYPD) with transporting women in interstate commerce to engage in prostitution.[1] Until his termination from the NYPD on January 15, 2016, Cornejo was an 11-year veteran of the NYPD who, at the time of the charged conduct, was on modified assignment and was, prior to that, assigned to the 79th Precinct in Brooklyn. Cornejo is scheduled to be arraigned at 2 p.m. today before United States Magistrate Judge Steven M. Gold at the U.S. Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York.

The charges were announced by Robert L. Capers, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, Diego Rodriguez, Assistant Director-in-Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and William J. Bratton, Commissioner, NYPD.

“As alleged, the defendant betrayed the trust of the residents of the city he swore to protect,” stated United States Attorney Capers. “Rather than seeking to eradicate crime from the streets of the city, the defendant promoted prostitution and profited from his exploitation of women.” Mr. Capers praised the joint investigative efforts of the FBI and the Internal Affairs Bureau of the NYPD.

“Throughout his alleged criminal actions, Cornejo not only abused the public trust given to him as an NYPD officer, but he showed no human decency when he facilitated the exploitation of women for profit. Police officers, like all public servants, are held to a higher standard, and should not violate the very same laws they are supposed to enforce,” said FBI Assistant Director-in-Charge Rodriguez.

“I commend our Internal Affairs Bureau which takes a proactive role in investigating serious misconduct among the ranks of the NYPD and works closely with prosecutors in building cases against those who violate the very laws that they have sworn to enforce,” said NYPD Commissioner Bratton.

As detailed in the complaint, members of law enforcement observed Cornejo transporting at least ten different prostitutes he employed to motels throughout the New York metropolitan area, including parts of Long Island and New Jersey. Cornejo often engaged in this conduct directly after leaving his work with the NYPD.

As further detailed in the complaint, pursuant to a lawfully authorized wiretap, law enforcement intercepted statements by Cornejo that showed his commission of the crime. For example, in one such statement Cornejo discussed the way he divides monetary proceeds with the prostitutes he employs and also stated that, if he were to stand outside a motel door with “a bunch of girls,” law enforcement would “know what’s up real quick.”


The government’s case is being handled by the Office’s Public Integrity Section. Assistant United States Attorneys Alexander A. Solomon and Kevin Trowel are in charge of the prosecution.

For some reason, I've had a very hard time finding any video footage of Michael Pak or even seeing him appear in any of the previously mentioned documentaries. We know it is prior to CPH's call in the afternoon. Yet it is my understanding MP and AD did not return to Oak Beach and encounter CPH until May 2, the next day.


The significance is this.
a) If SG called her mother after 6:00AM, SG was not likely wandering around lost in the Oak Beach marsh, or she would have likely mentioned that fact to her mother.

b) If SG was not in the marsh, where was she calling from?

c) IIRC somebody said SG's last call to MG was around 6:00AM, and it sounded as if she was getting into a vehicle. Is this correct?

d) If this is a fact, then the possibility SG got into MP's vehicle, and he then left Oak Beach.

e) Did CPH call MG, prior to MP and AD returning to Oak Beach?

It is huge if we can determine that SG never walked into the marsh.

On May 3, the boyfriend and the driver returned to Oak Beach in search of Gilbert and checked local beaches and area hospitals, according to the driver.

Why complicate this more than it is. There are over a dozen interviews with MG on the internet where you can hear her state that the last time she heard from SG was on Friday APRIL 30th just before SG was leaving for her appointments that evening. MG also has stated a dozen or more times how she received a call from someone claiming to be Hackett on May 2nd. She even asked him right to his face in his own house why he was denying calling her on the 2nd.

Okay this time line is becoming clearer.

CPH called MG, May 2, before AD and MP visited CPH on May 3.

It therefore is not possible that CPH called MG on the behest of MP and AD the day before they came to Oak Beach

Either CPH met MP on or before May 2, or he got SG's mothers phone number from the only other person who had MG's phone number, SG!

John doesn't have the faintest knowledge that H called MG
on May 2 - but you do and your post was from BEFORE John Ray

deposed Hackett, so - the question is
why didn't John know since you are quoting Mari Gilbert

**** The call was from someone other than CPH, to divert attention from
somebody else, not CPH. Who would have a motive to do that? Could

**** The number for MG was taken from SG's phone without SG's
knowledge.

If you believe there is a conspiracy against CPH, and the conspirators found SG's phone somewhere and made the call, why would CPH admit to making a call he never made?

Again the focus clearly comes back to MP.

I have several suspects. Many of these girls were killed over debt or drug use and/or for their cooperation with LE (or suspected cooperation with LE).

I am trying to understand who these girls were working for. I have a bunch of pimp aliases. I need to know these pimps real names and who those pimps worked with and for. Who were their dealers? Who did they pay cuts to to work certain areas, etc.

I'd like to start with the crew at 7th street at Lace (the strip club). I can put a multitude of these victims in Manhattan and Times Square and outside of that establishment (either working the streets or booking online). Shannan left from Manhattan to Long Island on the night she was killed. I want to know where she was prior to Brewer's house.

Shannan listed she worked for a "Lace Party Girls". I still think that is connected to Ruis and his associates. I am wondering if this club booked outcalls on the DL and I need to find that paper trail...I need more than aliases, though.

I also want to connect that to Joseph Ruis and his lawyer Joe Newman. I am reviewing these cases and these girls all intersect somewhere--They have to.

The model of the case, in my mind, looks like a little tree. There are varying levels of criminal responsibilities. It is clearly a racketeering case in my mind and it's not that simple.

Working that part out is going to point me in the direction of their fixer. The fixer is the killer.

Michael Pak has a prior for illegal use of passport attempting to smuggle a girl in from Shanghai so I have a charge that links him to a potential international and organized human trafficking/smuggling operation. He could have smuggled other things, too.

Whether he was unwitting or not, I want him to start talking about who he worked for and who he is afraid of. He should have been charged with human trafficking and interrogated appropriately so customs and border patrol can start mapping this network.

He was working as Shannan, he booked this call, he had data allegedly on his laptop. He was her driver, that night. He was employed with a service even despite that prior.

He wasn't "going independently" with her. I want to know who his bosses are and every single swinging time he ever left the country and every person on that flight with him--Both ways.

@WINDSOR -- I am almost 100% positive Pak, Brewer and the unknown male who was 48 years old killed SG that evening under the directive of Paz.

Pak went to CVS for a pack of playing cards. That was code for Paz's brothel receipt system.

She was an undercover or informant. Shannon had prior intel about John Doe. She may have been wired and she was probably on the phone with LE making a distress call once her cover was blown. This is why they won't release the call. She wasn't calling Suffolk dispatch.

This was an attempt by IA to infiltrate Paz's OP and he had her killed. They just made the arrest of Paz in Sept. 2018. Nobody has even brought up LISK in regards to his arrest...I think he and his associates are responsible.

This is connected to the Ret. NYPD Officer Ludwig Paz who ran an underground brothel and someone in NYPD exposed her as a snitch/rat--that is probably why she died.

So, they were right. It was Ret. LE. Detective...From VICE NYPD who killed witnesses, informants and UCs. He listed his girls on CL and backpage. Involved in the s
ex trade since 2008 (he alleges).

I think he had John's come to him instead of using a driver after so many attempts were made to infiltrate...that way he could search the johns and keep his eye on the girls.

Shannan probably got exposed. She was sent there to die by Ret. LE.
