Disagree. I looked at the tape and it's ambiguous.

I respectfully disagree and the State could get that tape crisp and clear. Oh well I'm sure the jury will see it was just another lie of Jodi's

guess what wilmott: your witness also said that info was restricted from her.

Alyce says it neither helps nor hurts ALV's assessment of domestic violence.

Juan calls it shoddy work. This is about whether or not there's something out there that may cast doubt. At the age of 14 yrs. old the defendant starts seeing herself as a victim and this is the same time her father claims she started lying all the time.

I'm beginning to think that quitting smoking during this trial was not the best choice I've ever made, LOL

On day 3 of NO SMOKING AT ALL and this waiting and BS is really getting to me.

Stick with it! You can do it!!

I really hope Juror five is at home catching all this.....don't know exactly why, but I do......

I think the judge listened to Juan .. she was nodding continuously. And how could ALV have done any research and not realised Jodi was deceitful....

Lol Willmott, that's the problem in a nutshell .. JA is deceitful, TA not so much. Reality check.

is there any PROOF her father was abusive? willmott should just shut up

OK. Home from work.

What is this I saw on Facebook that ALV is watching police interrogation with Jodi's Father???

Oh and THIS is my 1,000th comment!!!! Woo-hoo!
