Judge explaining how she amended media ban on pub psych report.

judge: Contents of exhibits may be published according to agreements between defence and media....restrospective from Friday.

O is restating parts of Nel's last cross of Derman but hasn't got to the point yet. Think he is quibbling over 'running down the passage'.
 
O: Where there is uncertainty over the exact location....was the accused's version - on his approach path TO the passage is where he ran.
 
Only Oldwage can blather on so long, that his point gets lost in the verbiage.

I'm glad Oldwage is addressing this - although my feed just cut out so I missed the end of his argument
