I know! CM asked for one every day in the FCA trial. BUT. One happened here recently. It was a pretty high profile case here too..

Yeah! Besides being rude is she even allowed to do that? Seems she has to be present to hear everything!

She is just repeating every thing the DA had asked? Why doesn't the DA object and say asked and answered?

sounds like either Tammi has lied to her lawyer or this witness is not telling the truth, cars? free treatment?

She just asked if she had received free medical treatment and she said no and the lawyer dropped it. Did she ask that knowing it wasn't true? Shady. TS looks just like a woman I used to work with..same smirk..she was a miserable person.
