What prison is like is an important issue when the jury decides sentence. In a death penalty case, jurors aren’t asked to simply pick death. They must determine whether the person could be a future danger (even in prison) and whether there are reasons to save his/her life.
L.P. Phillips @lpphillips4m4 minutes ago Harris is done. Break. The state is expected to rest shortly after they return. #KristopherLoveTrial
