Looks like he proceeds to the frozen meat section. He again looks like he drops the bag. Still wandering aisles 15 minutes after he arrived.

Daniel does appear to be off-balance at times as he walks through the store. He leaves his items with McCarthy, then leaves the store.

Daniel returns to his motorcycle, then walks back inside. Continues to travel from aisle to aisle.

Chief is a good man. It was awful to see him openly cry on tv when this happened.

Now 25 minutes after first entering the store, Daniel still looking for something on one particular aisle. His items are on the floor.

You can see Jordy following Daniel to keep an eye on him. Daniel swaying back and forth. Leaves his items on the floor.

Daniel takes off his backpack and looks through it. Appears to put an item in the backpack. Then picks up items on floor, puts in backpack.

Jaime Padron enters and confronts Daniel in produce section.

Daniel runs to doorway. Padron tackles him.They hit ground.Padron seems to roll over Daniel and doesn't move when he hits the ground.

Wal-Mart employees almost immediately jump on Daniel. People waling two and from the area where the men lay.

Another officer arrives and cuffs Daniel. Employees are still checking on Padron. Customers in store walk over to see what is going on.

So sad, as the other officers try in vain to help Officer Padron.

We again see confrontation between Padron and Daniel. After tackling Daniel, Padron was on top. No sound, so you cannot see when shots came.

At no point while monitoring Daniel through the store was there any indication Daniel was armed according to Jordy.

Jordy testifies Daniel was giggling and smiling, but he never heard him say anything. Officer Padron never said anything either.

Garlow said he went to give first aid to the officer, but there was nothing in the first aid kit that could have helped. #DanielTrial

Garlow tried to keep Padron awake. Said Padron's eyes would come in and out of focus and he would mouth words, but no sounds.

Garlow took off his shirt and tried to use it as a tourniquet. He was talking to Padron and try to talk to him.
