I really believe PR is a psychopath. I have said it several times. So with that belief I feel when he stated the voyeurism chargers were silly it is because to him he graduated to bigger things. MOO IMHO

“The condom was hung on the door handle of the front door. The knickers was on the letterbox.”
Snipped for focus: This is not silly. This is the work of a deviant psychopath. MOO MOO

100% agree. He got off on seeing women in fear. Sadly, having Libby in his car would have been his dream scenario, IMO.

Condom found next to son's toy
Next came a burglary between July 29 and August 1, 2017 in Chester Avenue. Relowicz broke into a woman’s home at night and stole some property.

He returned to the same address to commit yet another offence of voyeurism on December 26, 2018.

A woman said she lived there with her partner and two sons.

She said: “I reported a burglary to the police on July 31, 2017. I recall during the night I awoke. My bedroom door had frosted glazed panels.

“As I opened my eyes I saw what I thought was the figure of a man at the door. I assumed it was my partner then went back to sleep. The next thing I knew was my partner shouting up wanting to know where his money was, he said it wasn’t on the kitchen counter.

“He also said the front door was open. I assumed he had forgotten to lock it. I checked my handbag and found that £88 in cash had gone. I then went into the living room.”

The woman said she found next to her son’s toy an unwrapped condom and had “no idea where it came from.”

There was also a pair of her underwear next to it.

She said: “I recognised them as ones I put into the washing basket in the kitchen."

Relowicz returns to Chester Avenue
Relowicz returned to the address the following year and committed an act of voyeurism.

The victim said: "At 10.45pm on Boxing Day 2018 I was in my lounge dancing in a pair of leggings and a bra. As I went to change the music, I was startled and shocked to see a man standing near the door and went to get my keys and by the time I got outside he had disappeared.”

He is severely disturbed thats for sure
Very clever of the prosecution putting his "character" inside the jurys heads...how many lay people would really "care" if there is clear evidence around what actually happened after the rape

Sex toys stolen
There was a burglary, between the December 10-17, 2017 in Raglan Street, where Relowicz lived. He broke into a woman’s home and stole property which included sex toys.

The victim said: “When I left the house the other students were in. I left my top window open slightly.

“As soon as I got to the front door I noticed it was damaged. My thought was someone had broken in through it - it was hanging off. When I walked in I noticed the curtains had been pulled off the rail.

“I noticed my laptop was still on my desk, the only thing I noticed that had been moved was a box that was in my closet.”

The woman said the lid to the box was open and she realised three vibrators had been stolen.

She said: “I reported the incident and remembered after I noticed something strange outside my window - a chair up against my window and noticed what clearly looked like semen on the glass. It was either that night or the morning after the chair had gone.”

The woman said she later noticed more semen on the window.

This is only based on hypothermia no other factors
But it also points hypothermia would have taken time. Therefore the alternative is drowning.

Experts use language carefully when they can't firmly conclude something definitively but have enough experience to have a very good idea of what happened. So I will put a lot of weight on yesterday's expert stating drowning was not his likely conclusion. And his concentration on asphyxiation.

Coupled with today's expert that death from hypothermia would have allowed time to drown

It also negates death from hypothermia before she was put in the river.

Lets hope he is not out on the streets after a long spell in prison as I have no doubt he will reoffend. JMO MOO

BBM: So this was inside the room? So exhibitioning himself to the outside street and leaving his calling card in her room on the inside window?

My point about his previous crimes is that the jury have been told what he has been found guilty of, and when being asked to consider their verdict, are not supposed to speculate upon what he might be capable of, what might not have been reported, how his crimes could have escalated etc.
Yes, but that's pretty unavoidable once they know. It's like telling someone not to think of a giraffe.

I am picturing as outside. Possibly the room was ground floor facing the garden, and a garden chair was used.

No. It's quite clear:
"I noticed something strange outside my window"

IF Libby had ended up in the water while alive - jumped, stumbled, crawled, rolled - she would have showed big signs of drowning- the pathologist said she did not have big signs of drowning. She did not get into the water by herself.

IF just rape was what he wanted - why didn't he rape her in his car? Why didn't he drive to anywhere else to rape her then kick her out of his car? Instead he researched the park before and then took her there to rape her and she ended up in the river.

I genuinely feel empathy for you but, she is dead and whether he put her in the river or not - he is still responsible for her being dead. Her death is his fault.
Why you feel empathy for me ??
I just share my point view ,my "visions "are no better or worst than yours
We don't know if he thrown her in the river, there is no hard evidence of that
And exactly if there is not big signs of drowning she could walk to the river on her own and lie down in the water on the riverside and slowly die there from cold then river rise and took her body away (btw there wasn't any shoe print on the ground?)

I agree. But I'm just saying... that's how it's meant to be - that's how a fair trial is supposed to work.

edited to say oops, sorry, managed to double post, sort of.

Sickening. These are just the offences that were reported. I agree with a previous poster that so many rapes and sexual attacks go unreported and I cannot help but wonder if there were other unreported cases.

His estimate of 30 mins before unconscious is based purely on hypothermia...was she already hypoxic because of the attack ? Was she unconscious before hitting the river ?? So many variables ...will be interesting to see if the defence call any expert witnesses of their own ..this was a prosecution witness and although cant lie their wording and stance will be in favour or the prosecution

They may not bring any more witnesses who knows ? But interested to find out

I agree. But I'm just saying... that's how it's meant to be - that's how a fair trial is supposed to work. I'm amazed his previous convictions have been revealed. I read something somewhere about this once (can't remember the exact details) but it seems that previous stuff is allowed if both sides agree to reveal it and if it demonstrates 'bad character'. I can't imagine why his defence would allow it, unless their intention is to hammer home the point that he's 'just' a petty thief who likes to shock women with his masturbating activities, rather than a murderous rapist.
