I don't think the video with the couple with bright red handbag is Skripal - that man seems taller and leaner IMO

I had the very same reaction to the footage. Both he and the blonde with the red bag don't really resemble Skirpal and daughter.

Some sort of "red bag" was pictured on the ground near the bench where the two were found. I wonder if someone was reviewing nearby CCTV footage and looking for a "red bag" being carried by someone near the area at that time. . . if so, the couple in that footage are most likely a "red herring."

IMO, speculation.

British troops were deployed to the Salisbury mall where an ex-Russian spy and his daughter were poisoned by a nerve agent.

The military was called in to remove cars and objects from the scene that may be contaminated.

UK Home Secretary Amber Rudd will chair an emergency Cobra meeting as the investigation into the source of the nerve agent continues.

Investigators are reported to have found traces of a chemical weapon in one part of the Zizzi premises.

Another shows her with her father's Persian black cat, which he is believed to have imported for thousands of pounds several years ago.

A friend told The Sun the animal, along with Mr Skripal's two pet guinea pigs, have not been seen since he was poisoned.

I also thought she was reaching for the woman in front but then I read the news report again and it says, "The woman next to the man appears to be walking a dog."

And, sure enough I watched again... I see the dog.

Yes, there is a small dog on the leash. She isn't reaching for the woman in front, she is walking a small dog.

Possible that the woman w/ dog was heard coming up from behind and Yulia stepped up infront of Dad to allow woman with dog to pass.

All these people walking near the place father and daughter passed out, with dogs and what not, likely don't have anything to do with any of this. If they really found this nerve agent in multiple places, including the graves of family's relatives, it sounds like the agent is somewhat slow acting and wasn't administered right before they passed out. One theory reported is that daughter unwittingly brought it in from Russia when she was given a present to her father by his supposed friends back in Russia. I don't know how plausible it is, but it is quite likely whoever administered the poison wasn't near them when they passed out.

Yes. I do wonder who the chap is that took that pic? His image is in mirror between the two. Was the camera found to be with them.

Thought i saw that the image was from a previous visit, as they went there ( zizzi) often.

Eta. Also... Noticed that Yulia does not look happy/thrilled to have picture taken.

Hope that authorities are checking the new hires. More then likely when Yulia visited they had a pattern of places they went.
