All of the missing posters say she was wearing a "black t-shirt with Pantera across the front".

Pardon the irony - but of course it was Pantera. I am just pointing out the high quality of information coming from LE. Went to try and find a video of the first press conference, and it doesn't seem to be online anymore. Can anyone share a link if they have it?

Would that be OK with the WS mods, or would someone have to describe the link instead?

I thought you were being ironic...then I thought not...now I think so. Whew! I think I need a break...my mind is so confused. I need to post all my questions again to get them out of my head so I can think again.

I have a couple of things and then will duck and run. I read some of your posts about manpower and I have to agree. Usually a detective is assigned to a case and some manpower. But then in comes the FBI and they have to have all the manpower they need to really dig into a case like this. But we hear nothing from them. I do agree that my child is just as important as your child in the priority list. But because I am a Senator and you an auto worker then my child receives more publicity..is more newsworthy. Life isn't fair but that is where it goes.

Earlier I mentioned Tim Miller and Texas Equasearch. He has been in the news quite a bit because of the Caylee Anthony case. Do I think him the best....hum I know of no others that do what he does or has the ability to organize and imobilize the common man to do a search.

So..I have to ask. If you were king..how would you be handling this case? What would you do to find Morgan Harrington?

Ok faithful followers - you have already seen this, but I posted it over a week and I don't think we are any closer to knowing the answers...

Who went to the concert - did Morgan arrive at the concert? Was there a male? Were there 6...or 5...or 4?

Who's car was driven to the concert - was it Morgan's? (closer to answering this, but still not 100% sure we know)

What did the clothes look like that she wore - high heel boots? - Pantera t-shirt w/ which logo?

Why did she leave the arena - did she leave the arena?

Why did she kiss her friend before she left to go potty - did she go potty - did she go smoke?

Did fall and hurt herself - was she intoxicated, on drugs, just clumsy like me?

Was she wearing a jacket - was it found on the railroad tracks?

Why did her friends leave her - did she have another ride?

Who did she meet in the parking lot - did she know him/her - was it planned?

Why was the battery out of her cell phone - why is this not important?

Why was her purse in the RV parking lot - was she in the RV parking lot?

Was she on Copley Bridge, in the smoking area with a busted nose, on the steps in front of the arena, in the parking lot fighting with someone, in the parking lot walking in front of a Hispanic man, walking near the Academic Village at 3 AM, on Rt. 29 in a dark SUV on the side of the road or at the Comfort Inn?

So to quote the State Police Officer Lt. Rader..."We have a purse and we have a cell phone. We have a missing girl."

And that is what we know...almost three weeks later...that is what we know. <sigh>

And Le Singe...this is why we feel that LE should release a little more info...

The detective in the first news conference said she had on a "Panera" shirt. I think this is what was being referred to. The detective/LE messed up

That seems to make sense, but the official word from law enforcement says that the shirt has the word PANERA on it, like the sandwich shop.

It is and always has been a PANTERA t-shirt. What Mark is referring to is a verbal slip-up made by LE in an early presser.

Why on earth would anyone wear a t-shirt bearing the name of a sandwich shop on it?? At a Metallica gig??? Aaaw I still remember those Panera sandwiches with salami and cucumber... so much so I will wear their T-shirt wherever I go... Nooo way! That would be Pantera.

Sometimes i wonder why they don't have the specialists from the Monroe Institute do some remote viewing to figure out a lot of these cases..

It was definitely Pantera the band tshirt, i used to listen to them in my younger days.

Is it possible that LE has a suspect and is looking for eyewitnesses to strengthen the case before they move in?!?

Maybe there was a plan for MH to meet someone and then get a ride back to JMU. The friends and/or LE based on phone/computer records know who she left with .... perhaps he/she is under observation ...

This might explain why LE says the following is unimportant: inside the arena, car, phone. They need people to connect the suspect directly to MH ... they especially requested if anyone had seen MH get into a vehicle.

It may even explain the attitude of her parents. I have never understood why they have stayed so long in Roanoke as though they expected her to show up there. Some of their early interviews felt like they were appealing directly to MH ...

I think LE called off the ground searches because they know she left the JPJ area in a vehicle.

Gordonsville I think has been mentioned too, Route 250 to 22, and about 20 miles from C'ville. I believe it's NNE. Forensic Astrology mentioned 0-27 miles from C'ville, NNW. Edited to add that it's a pretty rural area - lots of farms/fields along the way.

I've read two posts here or on IS that imply that perhaps Morgan's car was moved/driven under the cover of darkness Saturday night/Sunday morning from the JPJ parking lot back to Harrisonburg (JMU), which is where the Harringtons (her parents) seem to think it spent the entire time from Saturday afternoon until Sunday around 12:30 p.m. or until it was driven back to Roanoke by MH's friend/roommate. The transfer (from C'ville to H'burg) could have been done by Morgan's friends so that Morgan's parents would not have known that the car was actually driven to Charlottesville (JPJ).

LE says Morgan's car was used to transport MH and friends to the JPJ arena, placing it in the JPJ parking lot. The parents obviously disagree. Does it make sense that both parties -- LE and parents -- could be right? IOW, sightings and no sightings of the car at different times could lead to verifiable but diffferent "facts" in this case. If so, I don't understand why someone hasn't straightened it out, in order to help the public, whose help LE and the parents both say they want and appreciate.

Any ideas? TIA. Remember, she wasn't known to be missing until around 12:30 on Sunday afternoon.

Thanks to all who helped confirm that Pantera is correct, not Panera. I wish I hadn't spent an hour searching for a black Panera tee shirt online. Rats! :silenced: (Not a problem, really.)
