No liquor there ; just beer. It's super small inside as well. A lot of regulars go there and have gone there for years. My father knows the owners and it use to be one of the "top" gas stations on W Main St, but now it seems sketchy every time I go in there. Not saying the cashiers are "weird" because they are super nice and have always treated me with respect and have never made me feel uneasy, but just the types of people I have witnessed who go in there. I usually stop by there for drinks/snacks whenever my family goes to Green Hill Park for games or walking.

IMO, given what we seem to know so far about these two, having too much time to think maybe ought to be a crime in and of itself!

It could have been his first offense and the judge went light with him. Still way too light, IMO. Can you imagine how this poor girl felt?

Yes, I guess JE is rather stoopid. And more than a little cocky. But thank God he was caught!

Well, they haven't been charged with anything yet, and this is MOO, but it sure looks like past patterns of behavior for criminals is proving true with this case too - criminals aren't the brightest bulbs in the chandalier!! Good grief!!! McElvy was in that Apple Mart trying to distract the clerk while JE was over there doing whatever strange, activity he was involved in at the front door! The fact that he was with both JE and BS AFTER the last reported sighting of them, and he never came foward with information once the Amber Alert was issued is also indicative that he is either stupid, or has something to hide. Again... MOO.... :angel:

It's outrageous if that's the case. Rape as a first offense? If it was petit larceny, I could understand...but rape is just a step or two below homicide, as far as I'm concerned. And we wonder why people keep committing crimes?
 
IF TS was anything like my mom after my brother died, I can understand how BS may have become "harder to control" (i.e the posts to her FB, her having a fake id, her having adult males on her FB..etc...). Its easier for us as parents to say if I saw that, I would have shut the whole operation down. I can speak from personal experience, grieving mothers, who have lost another child, can become very lenient. My mom let my younger brother who was 11 when my older brother was killed, get away with things we (us much older kids) would have NEVER got away with growing up or at his age. Quick example, at like 13 or 14, he ended up in the nurses office at school, passed out drunk. He had "downed" a water bottle of vodka that he had taken to school. Eventhough the school suspended him and almost expelled him. He told my mom that he had left the water bottle on the field during gym class and someone else must have poured it in when he wasn't looking. My mom believed him. He could have told her the tooth fairy waved a wand and turned the water into wine and she would have accepted it. Before my brother died/or had it not happened at all...lil brother would have been pulling her shoe out of his behind.
My mom never even so much as really raised her voice to any us after my brothers death. My older brothers and I were already out of the house, but for my younger brother, she stopped being authoratative and tried to be more of a friend. It was very difficult for her to seem "mean" or make him upset or tell him no.
I feel like I'm rambling..Its hard to explain, I hope I don't sound confusing.
 
Wow. I'm totally lost. Who is AM & JM in relation to JE, TS, and BS? Are they involved somehow?
 
Just saw AM's MS.... sounds like he was possibly a "dealer"...
Also, JE comments on his posts dating back to the beginning of June...even gives him his number...

And one bright spot where this guy is concerned is that he can be charged with receiving stolen property at the very least. I do not care if the items were in the SUV Easley supposedly sold him. Those items from Tina's house were stolen as she obviously wouldn't have given them to him.

I was thinking after watching the videos that JE seem not be aware of cameras. But I feel that Brittany was aware of cameras. In the WM it seem like she look right up at one time.
 
Wow. After reading AM's FB I feel like I have totally offended my eyes and they will never forgive me... we really need a bleeding eyes smiley up in here. ;)
