GUILTY WI - Taylor Schabusiness, 24, dismembered man’s body, placed head in bucket, Green Bay, 2022 *Graphic*

Accused drug-fueled dismemberment killer Taylor Schabusiness lost out on a pre-trial motion Tuesday which sought to bar references at trial to her lover as a “victim.”

Appearing in Brown County, Wisc., court alongside her newest attorney Christopher T. Froelich, the defendant failed to persuade Judge Thomas Walsh that Shad Thyrion should only be referred to as “the deceased or the decedent” at trial.

Judge Walsh was not similarly convinced that the term “victim” would prejudice the jury against Schabusiness. He found the term “appropriate to use in this trial.”

The hearing was expected to continue into the afternoon.

The judge denied the defense’s request, saying he found sufficient probable cause in the charging document.

Schabusiness’ attorney made a point of asking the judge whether space would be reserved for his client’s family to observe the trial. The judge said the first row behind the defense table would be blocked off, but her family could sit in the second row.

Deputies were on hand in the courtroom on Tuesday, after Schabusiness attacked her previous attorney during a motions hearing in February.

Schabusiness is scheduled to return to court on July 21, 2023.

I can hardly wrap my head around this! I can’t imagine the bloody mess and time it took her, pure evil and this woman has a child! By the sounds of her demeanor during the interview she knew what she did, I can’t imagine how her own family or the victim’s family will handle sitting in the same room with her.

A graphic article.

A new court filing is revealing gory details about the arrest of the Wisconsin woman accused of murdering, decapitating and dismembering her boyfriend.

A Green Bay police officer observed Taylor Schabusiness covered in a "red substance" and upon close inspection noticed "smeared blood" on her hands and "dried blood on the back of her sweatshirt" on the day of her arrest, according to a newly unsealed search warrant obtained by Inside Edition Digital. Much more to the story @ link :oops:

Taylor Schabusiness appeared in Brown County Court Thursday morning as her attorney filed for a new competency evaluation, arguing that Schabusiness should be considered not guilty by reason of insanity.

Posting another video of TS attacking her (previous) attorney a few months ago. TS is on her third attorney, iirc. Moo

Grisly killing: Taylor Schabusiness is accused of strangling Shad Thyrion during a sexual encounter before dismembering his body in a Green Bay, WI home. Schabusiness attacked her attorney and was wrestled to the courtroom floor by a deputy.

IIRC, this is Schabusiness' third attorney. A 5-day trial!

Wow, we’re getting this one at the same time as the Sarah Boone trial? That’s overkill (to excuse the pun).

I'll be surprised if Sarah's stays on schedule for July 24. Supposedly she's written a 6th letter to the judge.

Taylor's is a 5- day trial.

We shall see. ;) moo

I keep hearing about this meth-fueled beheading. Was she meth-fueled when she attacked her attorney with an elbow to the head? Or is she just a violent sociopath, with and without meth?
Guess we will find out at trial. I have seen the damage done by meth and the after effects to the brain…..depending on the damage done they are never right again, mentally.
