CHICAGO - Chicago police are looking for a missing woman who was last seen in the Chinatown neighborhood three weeks ago.

Bilian Fang, 40, was last seen on October 9 on South Lock near Archer.

Chicago police are asking for the public's help locating a missing pregnant woman from Chinatown.
Her family told FOX 32 Chicago she is pregnant and the married mother of two kids.

She is Asian, with brown eyes and black hair. She is 5'6" and 120 pounds.

A Brighton Park man is facing charges for the death of a 40-year-old pregnant woman that was carrying his child and worked for him.

CHICAGO - A Brighton Park man is facing charges for the death of a 40-year-old pregnant woman.

Yaer Shen, 46, was arrested Tuesday at his home in the 2800 block of West 36th Street.

Police say Shen was identified with cell phone and video evidence as the person responsible for the death of Bilian Fang.

Fang was choked to death by Shen in his residence on Oct. 9, according to court documents.

Court documents reveal Shen knew Fang was approximately 37 weeks pregnant with his child at the time of her death.

According to police, Fang was last seen Oct. 9 in the 3000 block of South Lock Street, and she was reported missing that week.

Fang's family told FOX 32 Chicago she was nine months pregnant at time she went missing, and that the 40-year-old was married with two kids.

Shen is also being charged with concealing Fang's death.

After strangling the victim to death, Shen allegedly drove to the Stickney Water Reclamation Plant where he covered the victim's body with branches and threw her pink jacket with her personal belongings in a wooded area.

A handwritten note signed by the defendant was also found with the victim's things. The note, written in Cantonese, appears to be an apology from the defendant.

So both the victim AND the killer were married, but not to each other. The victim was pregnant with the killer's child and he knew this. The victim worked for him at his restaurant and they drove home to HIS house after work where his WIFE was? And his wife saw the victim was on the porch crying while she was calling her daughter from the killer's phone because he had smashed hers earlier. So he then strangled her. Do I have that right?

And his wife saw the victim was on the porch crying while she was calling her daughter from the killer's phone because he had smashed hers earlier. So he then strangled her. Do I have that right?
