There’s images of him in CMs (family viewed this) and also exiting the place. He then turns directly into Kingsley as per the clip we’ve all seen. Think from memory he was only in the bar for an hour before leaving.
Thankyou

Just read about this app (and downloaded it), and watched the YouTube clip on it. Not sure if it’s useful, but if so maybe someone in BB could test it from CC.

OpenSignal is an app that “locates individual network masts and their signal, whether they're directional or omnidirectional.

https://apps.apple.com/au/app/opensignal-speed-test-maps/

When up on the cliff at CC, my friends phone connects to the tower on Lighthouse Rd using this app.

I'm heading to Byron this weekend. Plan is to talk to the Tennyson kids. Is this the wrong place to write this? I tried to write this off line but didnt work. Delete is wrong place

The link below is to a coroners report about a woman who was missing in the Blue Mountains who they were unable to locate based on phone pings. It's a heartbreaking story. There is some really interesting information however, about signal interference caused by topography and 'default results' when triangulation is not possible, which may apply to Theo's case.

I don't think this is a good idea, sorry. You may give them a heads up they are being looked at before the professionals are able to speak with them, which would cause obvious problems.

So unbelievably heartbreaking. :(

I’ve had another listen to the latest podcast and now realise why they’re not paying attention to the ping near town, and also why they might not be focusing too much on the Paterson St tower... It’s clear as day and I feel like an idiot for not picking up on it sooner. It’s stated that without the exact GPS location, Theo’s phone wasn’t even registered as being on Tallows Beach. So, his phone could literally have still been there in both instances. Doh.

Sorry, say again?

I’d suggest leaving it too. If they were involved, they won’t speak but you’ll raise their alarm and they could close shop. If they weren’t involved, they would’ve (should’ve) spoken up with any info, but we haven’t heard anything. Could be risky. Maybe hold off and let the team do this stuff. You can still get us photos and sleuthy whatnots if you like. :)

The most important thing safety first, nothing is worth risking your own self for this case. Also I agree, if they are alerted too much they might go underground for a bit or retaliate if in fact Theo is known to them and where he is currently is if alive and if there is foul play where networks are linked up. But what I would like to know is what sort of people they are and if there is a blonde girl called sarah amongst them if you do some sly and secretive SAFE sluething.. but only if you take precautions and make sure you are in a safe space etc..

Does anyone know, or have the means of finding out, where Theo was prior to Byron Bay? Where had he been and travelled through during March, April and May? I think there was a night with his cousins before busing it to the Goldy and then onto BB. Where was he before BB?

Brisbane with the cousins for a night, bus to Goldy (stayed overnight?), bus to Byron arriving afternoon of Wednesday 29th. Didn’t he travel down from Cairns prior to that?
Just thinking about where he stayed and went, and who he met. He might be in photos on other hostel or venue pages.
