British Police Dog Luna retires, awarded for saving 38 lives in her career!

RPD Luna and WPC Linda McBride became partners in December of 2012, and since then, the officers, based out of Larbert (Falkirk would be the nearest city people might know) have tracked many missing/endangered people successfully in addition to their regular patrol duties. “Saying I’m proud of Luna at how much she has achieved would be an understatement.” says Constable McBride. Luna lives with (and will always live with), her partner Linda, two civilian dogs, and Linda’s Mum. Luna was awarded for bravery at The Thin Blue Paw Awards gala. Apropos of nothing, but it would appear that Luna and Linda have also discovered the fountain of youth somewhere along the way!
