What would you do, if someone burst into your home in the middle of the night with their guns pointing at you?

It’s the convoy I’m speaking of. It’s snaking through Ukraine and different experts are saying ‘bomb them!’ and others are saying ‘no!’ —that is what Russia is hoping that will happen to justify a greater assault that includes nuclear weapons.

They’re seeing the convoy as an act of luring allies to bomb them and draw them into another attack that is not yet apparent.

I just don’t understand enough about geopolitical wars to understand what is the answer.

Yesterday Poland was supplying airplanes to Ukraine. Now this tweet this morning. There's more tweets about this but some are saying that it's fake news.

It's official - Europe won't transfer fighter planes to Ukraine. Poland decided not to, and Slovakian defense ministry spokesperson confirms to me just now: “Slovakia will not provide fighter jets to Ukraine."
So not only fuel, but they are running out of food,as well?

To support the fight for democracy with an attack on an advancing military WITHOUT causing their unstable (to put it very mildly) leader to retaliate by pushing his nuclear war buttons... this seems to be the most delicate (and most frightening) battle line ever. jmo

I think I may have quoted you wrongly.
But "bomb them" is the correct answer.
There is literally nothing else to do, but sit and wait to get bombed yourself.

It's "just" to fear and make people panicking, demoralizing.....and later on they can say...hée, no war crime...we warned you.
Too late for that, war crimes have been well documented by the world.

My feeling is to bomb them, but what is in the trucks? And is that what Putin is hoping we’ll do to justify a bigger attack.

But for the people of Bucha who destroyed some of them and all that are fighting back: I support and respect them for doing so. Destroy them because they’re there to kill them.

The Ukrainian TV stations are allegedly down...not yet a formal news outlet.
Hopefully they can use Musk's network. I'm so apprehensive right now. I can't imagine the fear in Kyiv with the dark coming.

I think it's a complete mess and wrong wording....is it? As far as I know EU/NATO countries were never intend to do that, at least not bring them INTO Ukraine..........IIRR Ukrainians went to Poland to get some planes they could handle...why would that be all of a sudden not happening?
I still have faith it did...in some fashion

They did this when they occupied Estonia as well. It forces the Russian soldiers to attack households one by one because they’re cold and starving.

The Nazis did that to my family in Estonia. Kick in the door, shoot the dog and steal the food and home. It stirs up the ground war, although I don’t know if this is Russian incompetence or malice in this case.

I agree also.
This is war. It is about survival and it is brutal. You don’t always have the luxury of thinking “but what will be the consequences” because if you do you will be destroyed yourself.
If the Ukrainians have planes and capable pilots, take out the convoys. Obliterate them. They are coming to kill your families.

“The 38-year-old managing partner at UNIT.City said troops spoke of how they were in military training when their commander gave them an order to “go that way”. Before they knew it they were waging a war against their neighbour.

“They are just following the orders that they have,” Mr Yevtushenko said. “They are kids, born in 2000 and 2002, they are frustrated, our army forces don’t even know what to do with those kids, and there are thousands of those guys now on the fields of Ukraine – killed.”

Russians troops are disoriented, hungry, and don't understand why they invaded, says Ukrainian

I know that this article dates from a few days ago,but imo - it shows how senseless, this all is...
