The bail being reduced was discussed last week. It had nothing to do with the charges being lessened. JR's attorney argued that his family had no money and they needed a bail amount that reflected that. Some here debated it was a strategic move.

LD always said him and another man. I never read he ratted out JR. Believe it was evidence and LE that said JR was part of the body burial hence their matching charges.

Why is this message board suddenly getting so derailed.

Lawrence Dilione, 28, who admitted to police that he helped dump Joseph Comunale’s body in New Jersey with James Rackover, 25, also told cops about the argument, according to sources.

Show us where he is guilty and the others are not besides using month old articles with misleading facts that have changed? How did Gemma's clothes become substantially saturated in blood and he then innocently changed into some of Rackover's sweatpants and shirt. The body was placed 1 mile from the roommates home in a place only they would know, a desolate road behind a florist that is attached to one of their families.

Some reports say very little blood splatter and other reports say a large amount.

I'm also not a 100℅ convinced that it even happened in James apt. His whereabouts keep/kept changing

Also, if the stuff was in garbage bags, and bleached, I'm wondering how blood was all over THAT ROOM?? We only have 8 pints of blood each. Jmo

How did Gemma's clothes become substantially saturated in blood and he then innocently changed into some of Rackover's sweatpants and shirt. yes, that is in a old article and they thought it was rackover's clothes.
they now know it is gemma's clothes.
Gemma lied to them about why he changed his clothes early in the a.m. He said he was uncomfortable, but left out the part that they were blood soaked from the victim"s blood saturating them.

THEY NOW KNOW IT IS GEMMA'S CLOTHES.

Respectfully, I understand it's an old article. I guess that was my point. It was followed by your statement that most of the blood was on Gemma's clothing. I have not read this and would be interested in doing so. I've searched but cannot find that information and was hoping you could assist me with such. TIA!

There really isn't any updates. It goes from Nov 17 to the burial and then to early December court dates where we gathered basically nothing.

I wish more people would work on this case here. We have to use our imaginations when we have nothing to go on and imaginations run wild at times. Truth is stranger than fiction.

There have been NO reports of bleach concerning MG's clothing, and only 1 reference to MG's clothing having been found with blood on them:

It is also IMO and stands out to me, is that James was the only one of all the suspects who thought of the victim, victim's family and friends as well as his own over himself. It was between this and his very confident plea to cops which read to me as, he did not do this and they will find upon very diligent investigation (he is not worried) he is innocent. To me, this tells me he knows he was not there and did not participate and has no worries they will find something on him. Add the anger, passion, and frustration that he is being found guilty of something he knows he did not do. Yes, guilty suspects do cry innocence, but what is usually missing is the emotion, the frustration, the anger! I remember the first case I watched, Scott Peterson, being blamed for killing his wife, he was never angry, he was cool as a cucumber claiming his innocence.

The indictment revealed no new details about the killing, and the police have not given a motive or described what roles they believed Mr. Gemma and his co-defendants had in Mr. Comunale&#8217;s death.

Early on they did give a motive by calling it sex crime. They can be as secretive as they want but people do talk, especially when they want truth and justice. I don't feel its about LE trying to be slick by being secretive, I feel it's about how they are conspiring to cover it up to protect certain people. MOO

i do not believe any of this for a second. Joey has the(I forgot the show on the young guys and girls in New jersey) guido look. He looks really cute in some pics, photogenic (I give him that) with the muscles, dark tan, but not as cute in regular pics. James has the tall model, movie star presence, not the guido look, the look that fits into the mold the guys want in the ultra rich world. He cleans up well and fits right in. It would take James a nano second to find a new rich lover.

i don't think the poster was trying to offend, I think she was referring to the show "jersey shore". most of the characters on that show were Italian-American and had a certain fashion sense had referred to themselves as "guidos". I know some Italian-Americans would be offended at the comparison though lol... kinda like some Mexican-Americans would be offended if you told them they looked like a cholo.
