Thank you for this. Such sad news for the family.
The family have asked for no more media releases at the momentOh dear.... But why the silence and cancelling of the PC? That isn't normal is it?
Detective Superintendent Paul Kessell, of Dorset Police’s Major Crime Investigation Team, said: “Although the body has yet to be formally identified, we are confident that we have found Gaia. Her family have been informed and are being supported by specially-trained officers. Our thoughts remain with all of her family and friends at this very traumatic time. They have requested privacy and that we make no further media releases at this point.
As I read the release, the media silence is at the families request.Oh dear.... But why the silence and cancelling of the PC? That isn't normal is it?

They found her in the fields close to where her clothes were found. If she ran away and headed up to the cliffs where she felt safe she may have been suffering from hypothermia as it was raining. That would explain why she took her clothes off. She may have walked a bit further down the hill before collapsing.Terrible news.
There's nothing in the article about how she died... johnsmith99 mentioned that the brushy areas in the photos could be on top of old collapsed mine shafts, hopefully we'll find out more soon.
