NG now discussing defense wanting to bring in a nurse, Phd who is a grief counselor as a witness during their CIC.

BS doesn't believe it will be deemed relevant as this witness hasn't personally seen Casey.........

NG now discussing other possible defense witnesses.....including psychic. DD believes JB will really take on GA showing his anger he had at protesters outside the house. NG explaining what really happened the day GA got angry at the protesters.

NG talking now about HHJBP railing at the defense telling them they lied to him!

Caller: From the beginning Casey didn't want Caylee, why didn't prosecution bring in witness who Casey said things about this to?

ITA! My daughter wears a bathing suit right now, (4 years old, as of 11:11 PM tonight) that she outgrew when she was first 2 years old. We have a ton of clothes that we saved for when she thinned out.

NG now discussing "New defense theory" that someone else dressed Caylee.

I assume that this is based on the DT pointing out the size 24 mo on the shorts and saying that someone that didn't know what size she was wearing would have mistakenly picked up an old pair of shorts that no longer fit.

I am sure that the parents on the jury understand that size is not consistent based on age...and that while kids outgrow some things...they can still wear things that are older.

Even CA said on the stand today that the photo showing Caylee in those shorts was in a "chubbier stage" when that photo was taken....telling me that Caylee getting taller and slimmer...she may still fit.

I have things that are 2 years old that my child can wear and others that they outgrew in 6 months.

I have a question concerning the JVM show.

RIght before commerical, after discussing the heart sticker, Jane stated that the jury didn't even here testimony that they (Casey) used to bury their pets on the lot on Suburban and even put heart stickers on these pets...???

I know one of the friends told investigators that they used to bury pets there but did anyone ever mention that they put heart stickers on these pets?

WHERE THE HECK DID I MISS THIS STATEMENT....or is Jane improvising again???????

It occurred to me with that last caller about KM. besides the heart stickers, wanting to give Caylee away, she could also testify whether or not ICA ever confided with her about any molestation. Look I dont care that she sold her story, but just let the Jury hear her.

I have this sick feeling in the pit of my stomach that Vinnie and I are on the same page and we just might be right. I can totally see KC taking the stand and "admitting" Caylee drowned in the pool, however, GA was not there. In her panic, she imagined the entire scenario as it would have occurred if her parents knew that, because of her negligence, their precious granddaughter had died. Her mother had accused her of being 'unfit', her dad had a violent temper and was a strict disciplinarian and even her brother had joined forces with Mom, acting as if he didn't trust her to take proper care of Caylee. She might even say Caylee was having a fit to get in the pool, so she let her and only turned her eyes away for a second to make or answer a phone call. She was petrified at the thought of what her mother would say to her and what her father would do to her and she knew they would NEVER FORGIVE HER. Everyone in her family had already turned against her so she knew exactly what their reaction would be and couldn't face it, partly due to her own guilt "I can never forgive myself". She lied because she couldn't bring herself to deal with the horrible truth that Caylee was dead, so she created a new reality....a new truth.

When you think about it, JB doesn't have to prove that any of the stuff in his opening statement was actually true....only that it was true in KC's mind. I just don't know how RK fits into this scenario, but then, maybe he doesn't have to.

Happy Birthday to your little princess! Olivia woke me up at 5:15 this morning to tell me she is now 4, lol. I also have a boy who will be 7 on the 28th and another boy who was born 27 days before Caylee. All 3 in 30 days time. But my middle child really gave me some insight into how big and how much talking Caylee would be able to do at that time.

I belong to several groups. I lead a knit/crochet prayer shawl group. Another group I crochet afghans for Wounded Warriors and another for Disabled Viet Nam Vets, close to my heart as my husband served as well as friends from high school. I have devoted a spare bedroom where I have many tubs and laundry bags filled with yarn. Book shelves with books and magazines back to the 70s. Obsessed much, my grands would say so. :crazy:

If I am in my living room, I have yarn in my hands. I even cleared a side table to put my MBP on to watch the trial.

Amen to that! When I worked for the IP, I worked at the direction of Marie Deans, a mitigation specialist in Virginia (and friends with Sister Helen Prejean, the true (and not self proclaimed, I might add) Angel of Death Row) and there would be no way in he77 that Marie would have been caught dead appearing on any show for money or to try to further making a name for herself. Marie could have written 1000 books and could have done all kinds of grandstanding, but she didn't have time to. There were too many people who were possibly innocent to even think about having time for a media circus.

ETA: I also know Sister Helen and for those who are not familiar, she is the person that the movie Dead Man Walking was based on. I have always had an issue with AL after hearing that Angel of Death Row nonsense. I have never met anyone in field such as that who was working on the belief that it was what was morally right who would toot their own horn in such a way or be on these shows. I find it insulting to those who really are working for the greater good.
