Will Casey face probation?

5 hours from now Judge Perry will have given us all a big "kissy" on the way out the door. And the Casey case will be over.IMO

I've checked out the twitters from reporters and lawyers that have tweeted during this case. Everyone is waiting. Jim Lichtenstein was at the courthouse waiting for a decision no word from anyone when.

Well...I am not gonna hold my breath....I am gonna close my eyes. Been out all night shrimping off the dock and am sooooo tired.....what ever happens won't change if I sit here and wait on it, or just get some much needed sleep and look at it when I wake up....happy day everyone!!

I think they can appeal to the fifth circuit court of appeals.

I plead complete ignorance on the levels of appeal,but if this sets a precedence,and I think it will , the appeals process will be critical.This isn't just about Casey anymore. A can of worms was opened in the DOC and how they are interpreting sentences. Probation IN JAIL just makes no sense.It defeats the purpose entirely,yet they didn't even bother to clarify it with JS.

Hopefully ,FL will take a good hard look at who is making the decisions and why .
