Oooh i hope we're not far away!! I still think there's going to be a whole lot fall over before its done.

I reckon someone has rolled over and now LE are just dotting their 'i's and dotting their 't's. I also think this means that William has been murdered.

I'm thinking what you have just posted makes complete sense ... as otherwise it could have been used by his defence to say that it (The seizure of his car and implications to William's case) could taint his current case. Not that it appears to have mattered much..seems again another violater against an innocent child gets away with a slap on the wrist!!

ASAC Re your post # 976 - I think you almost answered your own question. Would seem to make sense that the police would need that additional information/evidence before they could legally sieze his car ....seems someone in the public has provided that vital bit of information... >>> getting closer...

Yes, kinda sounds like it. The timing is curious, that it's a year later they asked, that they seized the car soon after asking, that AJ had the other court proceedings...interesting.

Mum : But in that community, you don’t expect somebody to take a child. I mean seriously, it’s a tiny community, everybody knows each other around those streets, there’s complete trust. I’m astounded that there could be somebody living there or people living there that could do this, it’s just not the place.

M: I don’t think it’s somebody from the community. I think it’s somebody who doesn’t have a history there, I think it’s…IF, I mean I don’t know for sure. I can’t see, I can’t see a true local who knows my Mum, who knows us, and knows our family, choosing to take our child. I can’t see that, and if that’s the case, then I feel so sorry for that community, because that is absolutely disgraceful and nobody can trust a soul.

Sarah Yule said that if no-one but the child's parents and grandmother knew about the visit, then the kidnapper would have had to have another reason to be there — either visiting, living or working in the area.

She added there was also only a narrow window of opportunity to take the child from outside the property, which is in a dead-end street.

With it seeming a possibility that AJ's car may well have been parked across from Nanna's house that morning.
BS releasing his video to clarify he had not been in the street before, during or after the dates he gave.

I am wondering if this might be a bit of a trifecta.
A connection of the offender(s) residing in the street, a visitor or 2 to the street and a person that had missed/ignored a call to do work in the street that very morning.

imo

Police confirm car seized in William Tyrrell investigation

September 26, 2015 - 10:11AM

Police have confirmed a white station wagon seized from a home on the NSW north coast will be examined as part of the investigation into the disappearance of toddler William Tyrrell.

An older model Toyota was taken from a home at Wauchope on September 16 and continues to be examined, police told Fairfax Media on Saturday.

The car is believed to belong to Anthony "Tony" Jones, 59, who was sentenced on Friday to three years in jail after he was convicted of the aggravated indecent assault of a young child.

I have noticed in the past week or so a number of FB posts have been removed or hidden on some families FB pages. I wonder if they knew what was/is coming up?

The release of the information on the siezed car is very interesting and very exciting. Well done to police and investigators :)

On the Web, Pedophiles Extend Their Reach

Today, pedophiles go online to seek tips for getting near children — at camps, through foster care, at community gatherings and at countless other events. They swap stories about day-to-day encounters with minors. And they make use of technology to help take their arguments to others, like sharing online a printable booklet to be distributed to children that extols the benefits of sex with adults.

It is rationalization that allows them to avoid admitting that their desires are harmful and illegal,” said Bill Walsh, a former commander of the Crimes Against Children Unit for the Dallas Police Department, who founded the most prominent annual national conference on the issue. “That can allow them to take that final step and cross over from fantasy into real-world offenses.”

OMG!!!

In the conversations observed by The Times, the pedophiles often discussed their personal lives. Their individual jobs were described as being a disc jockey at parties (“a high concentration of gorgeous” children, a man claiming to hold the job said); a pediatric nurse (“lots of looking but no touching”); a piano teacher (“I could tell you stories that would make you ...well... I’ll be good”); an employee at a water theme park (“bathing suits upon bathing suits!!!!!”); and a pediatrician specializing in gynecology (“No need to add anything more, I feel”).

The most frequent job mentioned, however, was schoolteacher........

Oh no.
I can't post any more from that site....I read further and I'm extremely sorry I did. Maybe not as knowledge is power.

I never realised in my wildest dreams this filth can justify their actions.

Now I will say my mind....bring back capital punishment!

In a post in a much earlier thread, I posted that as my role in education, I was alerted to a man waiting to pick up his wife from a course she was attending. His behaviour was a little strange and he was subsequently interviewed.

At one stage he said, 'pedophiles don't hurt children; pedophiles love children'.

Appropriate action was taken and LE notified, but it shows how their sick minds can justify it to themselves.

From the piece below, could BS have said 'hey, wanna see some kids? There'll be a couple where I fix a machine'.

Just to get close to children? How many were in those cars or hiding under those stairs?
Is this what happened and things got out of hand?
Is that who William roared at before he went missing?

---- ---- ---- ---- ----

"Pointers on ways to get close to children were frequent topics. One man posted an Internet “help wanted” advertisement from a single mother seeking an overnight baby sitter for her 4-year-old daughter; another recommended shopping at weekend estate sales, since plenty of bored minors showed up accompanying inattentive parents."

Maybe TJ has admitted he lent his car to someone, and that person had some hold over him, but now he has come clean, I smell a plea bargain..
I'd imagine WS and TJ know each other well, being previous neighbours, and with TJ collecting scrap metal and WS being a source for it.

Am i the only ones whos been google street viewing entire wauchope lokking for the residence? *HANGS HEAD*

this article from april, are some of the recent arrests from this group/ring?......

Documents tendered to court reveal that Victorian police are also pursuing an investigation into Mr Spedding's alleged involvement in a ring that uses children for sexual gratification."There is evidence of other adult offenders who are complicit in similar child sex offences both independently and in conjunction with the accused in this matter," the police fact sheet states.

"Investigations are continuing concerning such matters and it is anticipated further charges will brought against the accused in the foreseeable future."
