I work with a gal who literally laughs after every sentence! Its annoying!!!! But I dont think she even realizes shes doing it. I dont think Lee is laughing at the situation. I thought he answered the questions as best he knew how and I dont think is involved at all. Just mind blown and confused...unable to even fathom what may have happened.

In additon..while this certainly is a dysfunctional family of sorts..it doesnt mean the whole family is involved in the murder and cover up of the tot.Cleaerly Cindy and Lee for that matter know things are a little off with KC and she cant be trusted but they probably never thought she was capable of such a heinous crime.....
I would venture to guess that KC had her passwords 'saved' so that she wouldn't have to keep re-entering them. I'm get the feeling that she didn't think far enough in advance to think that she would return to her mother's house therefore wouldn't have to worry about someone else using the computer since TonE and his roommates were under the impression that she was using a work computer.
I don't think TonE has any involvement in this except, perhaps, he went thru KC's stuff to remove a baggie of pot that he might have given her (which might explain why her bag was packed neatly which LA seemed to think was highly unusual).
I thought LA was pretty forthcoming. That statement about how 'maybe this should have happened a long time ago' (sorry, paraphrasing, can't look up the exact wording right now) was extremely telling. His demeanor, including his laugh, just sounded, at least to me, like he was comfortable talking with LE. I didn't read anything into it other than that.

Lee's latest released interview really bothers me....sounds like he is trying to set people up, after the fact..His story about how it found the computer at Tony's and then mentioning the deleted emails, etc. smacks of trying to set Tony up as the one who deleted. Will LE be able to tell exactly when stuff was deleted? Didn't I previously read/hear that the Anthonys had immediately revamped all their Myspace, etc. to "where's Caylee?" sites, before LE took the computers as evidence. So did they delete all the prior info?

I agree with you! And he went over there and he KNEW that the cops would want to pick up that stuff. And why did it take him 2+ hours to get the stuff??? And he is the one who erased her computer, with or without the help of Tony.
It also bugged me that Lee NEVER gave the 'calendar book' that LE asked him to give to his mother..to her at all!
On her video interview it had been 2 days since Lee's interview and she didn't know anything about it.
And Lee doing his own investigation?!? Police must have been going nuts with all the 'cooks' stirring the pot!!
I think Lee is a liar. Total liar. He tells some truthful things, but then lies. He thinks that if he acts affable and nice, they will believe everything.
And him laughing after the description of the smell from the car....I wanted to deck him!

I am with you...this was my take on the receipts. Lee was implying that Baez took some out. That he gave the receipts to Baez, but he knows there were more there!! And he's setting Tony up for deleting her computer stuff....but that might be true but with Lee's help.

Casey managers transcript is somewhere in all the records Mike K I believe is the name. He stated that Casey was moved from her current job as a manager trainee to an office job doing applications paperwork etc when she became preg and provided a doctors note. Not sure if that answers your question or not.

I used to work in adult entertainment clubs when I was younger--waitress and bartender only, thank you!--and dayshift girls made FAR less money, and were generally less errr...attractive than were the nightshift girls...they don't bring in as many customers, and the ones they did bring in were more scurrilous and weird.
Tough way to make a living.
There were generally your older dancers, girls with weight issues, stretch marks and/or sag, just not as fetching as nighttime girls, and consequently more desperate and more likely to "go the extra mile" with their customers to make money.
To girls like that, the prospect of working as an escort would be a step UP for them.

According to Lee he left the parents house at 12:00 midnight on July 15, 2008 to retrieve Caseys items from Tonys apartment in Sutton Place, he arrived and collected a large leopard print duffel bag (with cloths & other items inside) a white back pack wit a print pattern or symbol on it (with cloths inside) a large purse (with female toiletries in it) and a slender black bag with papers in it (that he thought Casey carried Cindys laptop around in) and Cindys laptop computer. Lee stated that everything was well organized (unlike Casey) and he believed that someone else packed the bags, because knowing Casey, thats not the way she packs, shes not an organized person.
Lee stated that he saw Amy Hs check book on Tonys dresser, Tony told Lee that Amy was coming over in the morning (16th) to pick it up. Lee believed that Amy called Tony and told him what happened and Tony removed the check book from Caseys bag.
Lee stated that he arrived back at the parents house about 2:25am on the 16th (where was he and what was he doing for about two hours),
Lee stated that it seemed odd that if Casey was saving these receipts and he had receipts from the June 28th to July 15th and if there was another JC Penny transaction on the June 27th why was that not in there, did it get lost, was it never saved and that if your saving receipts why not save them all. Lee also stated that he provided them to the attorney around June 21st after trying to offer them to the Orange County Detectives on the morning and afternoon of July 16th and again on the 17th (What, the detectives did not want them)
A few things that amazed me is where were the police when Cindy was going through Caseys bags after Lee brought them home and why did the detectives not want the receipts that Lee had. Are they trying to show incompetence on the part of the police and detectives.

Some of LA's friend's have gone on a trip to - of all place - Puerto Rico. Anyone think that he may have joined them? Where is he? He's been MIA for over a week now. Very strange.
JMO: I to noticed the nervous laugh, at the same time i wonder where the emotion is, this is your niece. I mean the smell was like a wave he stated. the question I have is why did he take it upon himself to mess with Caseys' laptop?

I wonder if Lee is involved in some illegimate work, because I looked up his business name "Universal Ventures" and there a many rip-off reports against it. Looks like he filed for a "ficticious name" for the business, but I don't know what that means.
Also, searching the escort sites, I saw quite a few sites stating "sporting events." IIRC, isn't that what I originally heard Lee did, arrange sporting events. If so, is this a cover for an escorting service and KC was working for him?
As always, JMHO.
Oh, I almost forgot. Do you think Lee took the computer to some location that has free wi-fi service (fast food restaurant, etc) and cleared any info/pictures that were on there for his "business"? Advertising?

I think that Lee has the same relationship with Cindy that Casey has, Children flock to the Mother,and with Cindy being the bread winner she is the controlling force. I'm sure that she played a big part in the attitude that Casey and Lee have of their Father. From the start of this fiasco Cindy has been in control, and I can only imagine what that house has been like for 20 years.( my mother did the same thing with 5 kids, she loved having us on her side of the secret story) Cindy is the root of Casey's problems, she could never be what Cindy wanted. No excuse for what has happened.

I'm wondering if while Lee was on his way to Tony's to pick up her stuff, could there be a chance that Casey was able to get on the computer (perhaps pretending to be sending out e-mails for Caylee missing while police speaking with parents) and connect to her computer by the xp remote service (named something like that) and delete an important file?
