Back to Casey and more of the interviews with Lt. Unser. (I noticed Nancy changed the spelling of her name).

NG talking to producer and report is JB threatened to sue the jail if the video is released.

More of audio interview of Casey asking for JB. Talking about her talking really fast, breathing rapidly, Casey saying this isn't real and she can't break down and cry, then started talking about football.

Unser.........asked Casey if she had ever taken a muscle relaxant or other meds. Casey didn't want to be alone and was breathing rapidly. Said, this is unreal, then talking about football.

Playing Unser's audio...JB saying that if they uncover that the jail violated KC's rights then she may sue for privacy violation in filming her on December 11th.

If anyone is sued it should be Casey, for all the money Orange County and others had to spend on searches for her daughter.

Report that Casey freaked out when she learned about the state putting the DP back on the table is being refuted, but NG seems to think that the story might have legs.

Tabloids got hold of somebody who claims she was in the jail when Casey got the news about the DP and described Casey basically throwing a tantrum and having to be restrained. Jail says no inmate by name given in tabloid was ever in jail and Casey has been a model inmate.

Maybe JB is planting this in her head because he knows she is toast and this is the only way he can handle her. Picture a cartoon peep in a straight jacket on her way to the padded room, the Dr says to her---> come Dear, we are goin to DQ for an ice cream.

NG: I don't see insanity in the cards. She said to Unser she hadn't taken anything more than a muscle relaxer. Insanity does not mean one day being insane and the next day just being perfectly fine without meds.

Renee Rockwell: doesn't see any kind of plea and defense will make state prove their case.

Nancy talking to another guest about the "I'm so pissed" comment. Guest seems to think it's true to form for Casey; anger instead of mourning her child.

Alan Ripka: If you have to rely on something said in jail to prove a murder case you have no evidence. People react in different ways.

Jeanne Casarez...........defense hasn't received discovery yet. JB saying that the trial date is Oct. 12 and he wants the discovery now.

LP..........Casey never looked for her own child, why would she want to work finding missing children.

Jean Casares is saying it's about the state not turning over discovery. NG producer saying JB wants discovery now because tentative trial date is Oct. 12.

Leonard: She never made one step toward finding her own child, why would she be interested in missing children.
