Body located, Pimpama
Police are investigating the discovery of a body at Pimpama earlier today.
Around 10am police responded to reports that a body had been located on a property at Green Meadows Road, Pimpama.
Officers attended and located the body, which appears to have been there for some time.
Investigations are continuing.


Wonder if this might be Novy???

Police investigating mystery death after body found at Pimpama

SCORES of police have attended a rural property at Pimpama after a dead body was discovered this morning.

Police were called to the Green Meadows Road property at 10am and promptly located the body.

They say it ‘appears to have been there for some time’.

The body was located in proximity to the now defunct Tiger Moth Joy Rides shed.

Nearby resident Paul Murray expressed shock at the incident.

Mr Murray said the turn-off to Green Meadows Road, which is a narrow dirt road, was gated and has been padlocked for the last 12 months.

“It’s a low gate that is always locked – it’s been padlocked since Tiger Moth stopped flying over a year ago,” he said.

Pimpama is 8 mins drive from Upper Coomera.

About 17 mins drive from Nerang Station (near where Novy's car was found).


.......this could be Novy.

Apparently the company, offering vintage plane rides, went bust in Dec 2013 after one of their planes crashed into the ocean. The customer review below makes the owner sound very dodgy:

So the company would still have been operating when Novy vanished. Wonder if the owner is a mate of JC's... Or, if it's her, her body could have been moved during all those months Chardon was waddling around, a free man.
 
POLICE are scrambling to identify skeletal remains found in a camper in the defunct Tiger Moth Joy Rides shed in Pimpama on Saturday.

A crime scene has been set up at the rural property on Green Meadows Rd but police said there was nothing to suggest the death was suspicious.

Although police are yet to identify the sex of the person they confirmed male clothing was found with the body.

Don't give up yet. The body is in a camper and so the clothes could have been already in there.
Novy had long dark hair so I'm thinking that would be a giveaway for police.
 
Human remains found at Pimpama not Novy Chardon

Human remains discovered at Pimpama over the weekend are male, ruling out a potential break in the Novy Chardon case.

Skeletal remains were found at a property on Green Meadows Road at Pimpama on Saturday morning.

The location is a 15 minute drive from Ms Chardon's Upper Coomera home, from where the 34-year-old disappeared in February 2013.

Police are checking missing person cases to try to identify the body, but early forensic testing indicate the remains belong to a male.

Well - as if he wasn't already in a big pile of additional sex charges... I wonder how it's going with the charges for the sex offences from after Novy "disappeared"?

No further information has been provided except that the home is at Advancetown.
