Whatever SS is supposed to testify about seems to have DM's legal team's knickers in a knot. How many days of arguments have there been since he first took the stand and basically said nothing?

Makes me think that SS just may be the guy that DM was trying to influence via the gf"........the defense is just working so hard to shut down this part of the Crown's case

Something like showing the hoses and parading out "the toolbox".....and the explanation is ?????

I think we know the reason for the toolbox, DM locked the gun in it and delivered it to someone with CN the night before he was arrested. The crowns opening statement said something about MS being very determined and working hard to get the toolbox back from that person and then trying to sell the gun before buying it in the woods, according to MM. Her testimony should be interesting, because it seems at some point she must have given a statement, I wonder if she will stick to it or try to change it.

I'm still curious about the hose too, didn't JV say yesterday that it was new, that someone had just bought it? Did he mean himself, JV, or did he mean DM had just bought it?

Fraser is resuming by asking about how the incinerator called The Eliminator was powered. There was a generator attached to the trailer it was on to run the fans on the device.
