JBean-I just saw that! I guess alot of overlapping is happening during the lull before trial!!
Brini-He's saying KC is NOT like Lector! He's saying she's more like Dahmer!

Except J. Dahmer ended up taking full responsibility, said no one was to blame for his twists, but himself.

Can't see KC doing that.

I don't see her ever taking full responsibility either. I'm not even sure I see her ever taking partial responsibility.

A nurse whom I know wrote lyrics to the tune of, "Mrs. Brown," about Dahmer.

"Don't go out to lunch with Jeffrey Dahmer.
When he says, 'Pass the kidneys,' they ain't beans."

For those interested in Casey’s BRACE Character Profile, including the charts and graphics:

http://crimsonshadows.net/content/view/168/140/1/1/

Note that the Article Index is at the top of the page, which includes an introduction and an addendum.

Regarding Casey’s correlations with Dahmer, there are no significant correlations in the Cognitive domain, but there are in the Behavior and Existential domains. A closer analysis of the underlying factors suggests that Casey and Dahmer are similar in terms of their desire for power and control and their self-serving characteristics, particularly their willingness to deliberately disregard the rights of others in the pursuit of their own desires and the ease with which they use simplistic lies to deceive and manipulate others.

I haven't read this thread yet. Just trying to find the correct place to post this. Tried going to the body language thread but it's locked now. Anyway, I am watching this court hearing and around the 2:00 mark the camera goes close up on KC. I am shocked at the way her eyes are constantly moving. Something is wrong with her. Don't know if it's an eye problem or a sign of mental illness or maybe brain damage but it is creepy. She seriously needs to be seen by doctors. I am beginning to wonder if maybe she is seriously mentally ill. Off to do google searches to see if I can find any info. Just had to share this with you guys. Where is OLG? She is so knowledgeable about this stuff. JMO

YouTube - Motions Hearing 5 28 09 Part 7

Around the 2:00 minute mark, watch KC's eyes.

She has been thoroughly evaluated by two psychiatrists, in jail.

Just checked it out. Eye movements appear within normal limits, to me.

She looks at the lady sitting to her left, then at the document in front of her, which she folds into thirds.

Then, she focuses on JB, for the most part. She intersperses this attention with fleeting looks around the room. Thn, she re-focuses on JB.

IMHO.. she's trying to keep her attention on JB, but she's bored silly. So, she looks around. I think she wants to be outta there, and back in her cell. She's restless, but trying to behave.

There's no nystagmus, or anything that would be identified as a neurological deficit, IMHO.

OK, this is the first time I have watched Casey's "eye movements", but that can't be normal ? What's going on with her eyes ?

I posted before seeing your post Brini. Good to know that nothing major is wrong. I want her to be healthy when she heads off to prison/Death Row. Thanks for the post.

I noticed these eye movements didn't happen in the jail video's when she's talking to family...so, maybe it is a sign of boredom, restlessness...

Yep! Thanks God for the good health care she is getting in jail. She needs to live a long life in prison, or be able to walk by herself to Old Sparky.

I think she looks like a normal person knowing a camera is aiming at her and wants to look like she is not trying to look, doesn't move her head like you normally would.
She knows people are watching her so her head is kept unusually still while she trys to see what is going on in the court room with just her eyes. She also looks like she is trying to keep from falling asleep she is sooooooooo bored. She trys to look like she is one of the professionals focusing on the goings on and can't pull it off.
I think she is feeling like everyone is picking on her and she doesn't deserve this.
This is why I don't understand when we say innocent until proven guilty the perp seems to be able to lie and their attorneys add more to it and the perp starts believing all the additional mistruths the attorneys add.
If the perp has the instinct to end it all and get to the truth and be an upstanding person it seems the attorneys encourage them not too. Makes absolutely no sense to me........

I didn't see anything in KC's eye movements that struck me as abnormal. I think she was looking back and forth a few times between Baez and Strickland, based on where her eyes seemed to be focused, and the positions of Baez and Strickland.

I agree...I watched it at around 2:00 and her eyes are moving in a very unusual way. Her eyes are bouncing around..they move at a strange rate! There is another video somewhere where she is looking directly into an attorney's eyes and her eyes move back and forth very rapidly. Like jittery. I can't say as I have ever seen anything like it before. It is ODD.

The strangest thing is that we think we can read another person through the look in their eyes..but in Casey's case it feels like there is nothing behind her expressions...I think when I see her eyes bouncing around like at 2:00..."is she afraid"? But I can not tell at all...because her face doesn't change--just her eyes dart around in a random way divulging nothing. A bit like looking at the eyes of a shark.

I agree with those saying her eye movements seem abnormal, but I also agree it could be because she was told not to look at anyone.

I also think her hand wringing is odd. I think that says something about her mental health. Maybe just anxiety, I'm not sure.

I thought she was trying to look over at the prosecutor's side without moving her head...but, who knows ? I went back and looked at some of the jail visit's and couldn't see eye movement like that.

Not exactly random. She WAS looking at a couple of different focal points, mostly at JB.

No nystagmus seen.

Nope. Eye rate was normal.

Jittery would be nystagmus, which she did not exhibit.

My guess is that she was found entirely within normal limits, during her physical, in jail.

I tried moving my eyes that way for the same period of time and I can't do it even trying! It is not rapid but still not normal looking. It's subtle. Usually when you are looking at someone several or even a few feet in front of you your eyes don't need to move like that. I am not sure what type of doctor she needs to see, maybe several specialists, but I still am of the opinion that something is wrong there. And believe me I am the last person who would defend KC. But I just can't deny that this seems "off" to me. Just sayin. I'll start checking other videos for the same thing. JMO

That would be a neurologist. The psychiatrists can do a neuro eval, if they see something wrong. She's been examined.

I was watching CA's depo today too and noticed something new. At around the 4:35 mark or so JM asks CA a question about KC having opportunity to find out about ZG looking at a Sawgrass apt but he includes that on the 17th or after, two days after having an argument with CA she could have gone to Sawgrass. The gist of his question was not about the argument but that's what CA hones in on, getting upset about him saying that, completely ignoring what he was really asking about. To me, for CA to only hear that portion and to get so upset about it tells me it more than likely happened. I mean if it wasn't true why pick up on that only and get so upset about it? It's just very telling to me. CA wanting to project the "no family problems", or should I say 'the perfect mother' appearance at all costs. It reminded me of when we heard that JG said LA told him the fight was so bad that CA had her hands around KC's neck and then in the FBI interview CA tells the G-men that she would never put her hands on her child, that she talks to KC when there is a problem!! LOL yeah right....pull my leg some more CA. She thinks we really buy this stuff she says......can anyone say "delusional". JMO

Sometimes when I am trying to stay awake I think my eyes do that. I am thinking she is soooo bored with all this nonsense ya know but knows that she has to stay awake but I also think she is so NOT focused would rather be laying on that nice comfy cell mattress.
Okay I know I am rambling. Sorry.
