I don't think Chuck lives on the same Green Lane as RC used to. The indictment papers list Dale I's mailing addy as a PO box in Hollister and the zip code is not the same as Satsuma. Google maps says that there is a Green Lane in Interlachen and the map shows it's located next to a place called Hollister. Unless CI and DI live on a different Green Lanes he's in Interlachen, IMO.
 
So yesterday he was incarcerated in a Georgia Prison.

Guess because he violated his parole conditions with this gun sale, he serves his original time on the L&L. That was fast. If you haven't read his court docket, pack some snacks it last from 2002 until this year, just one docket. It's a mile long or I'd post it. Like Lynnb said, familar names.

Isn't there some gun experts here that can run a check on the gun serial numbers? I'm trying, but it's hard. You have to know stuff like a Hi-Point is a Smith and Wesson gun. Curious as to who the real owner was or make that possibly plural. Very curious. jmo

Cobra arrested DS and Charles was holding the bond and said he never authorized Cobra to detain him and Cobra got Arrested...

For a bit, we thought he lived near RC. Seems as though that was not correct. I'm in agreement with Patty G and this thread is going to close again.

If someone finds a link to Haleigh going missing with Chuck, let us know and we'll open it once again.

If AH has his facts right there is a connection with the Haleigh case, however tangential it may be. We have a SO bondsman in contact with another person suspected of a sex offence (with a minor victim) who wanted to donate furniture to the Haleighbug Center. It might mean nothing but I find it interesting if a person charged for SO crimes chooses to associate with the family or insert themselves in a missing child case in any way, however benign and charitable. But of course there could be lots of reasons that have nothing to do with him knowing what happened to Haleigh.

I am generally uncomfortable with the notion of SO's having the opportunity to meet lots of other SO's in their bondsman business or other professional capacity. But I don't know if these particular two are friends or anything and don't want to start any rumors. Maybe the one bailed the other one out and that was the beginning and the end of their contact.
 
Let me get this straight
1) Chuck retired LE (so knows PC IMOO)
2) Chuck has bail bond company
3) Chuck is registered sexual predator

THAT means HE can no longer own, or work for a bail bond company as he is a felon....
so

4) he turns business over to his wife
5) but is still involved (??)
6) bailed DS, Nay Nay and I think Jerome (going to check other records too)
7) Nay Nay and Jerome know MC/RC
8) Per posts above bailed RC out
9) Chuck now arrested on gun charges

We have all felt that drugs had something to do with Haleigh's disappearance, possibly guns, and maybe a dispute over money....

Lets see if my memory is working some, this came up before but here goes from memory. Misty had her weekend away with NayNay and WBG in which Amber and Misty met at some point and got into a argument... etc. Haleigh went missing and there had been previous tension between Misty and Amber and Ambers mother.

DB lived more locally to Green lane at the time and owned property from what I recall. He was a S.O. that was being looked at and awaiting trial if I remember correct.

Enter Cobra, afterwards Kim P. and video interviews with WBG and NayNay.

Couple things - Amber and NayNay started getting arrested for possession, enter chucks bail bonds. Turns out Amber and NayNay were staying at the pink house near the huddle house reportedly working for Jerome who was staying there too.

In the meantime DB shows up at the new Haleighbug Center which opened up the road from where Haleigh stayed with Ron. He was asked to leave but reportedly wanted to donate some furniture.

There was some connection between the pink house, Jerome, NayNay and Amber were staying.
Chucks was bailing out all of them ASAP, when LE finally had them in jail for questioning, they were back out on the street within an hour.

Cobra also tried bailing NayNay out once and had to revoke her bond and re-arrest her.
