LE must have/must be mulling through and crosschecking all reports of stolen "large black pistols" and/or whatever caliber(s) these incidents were.

(CARIIS, will we ever get get a break from meeting each other like this (as much as I love seeing ya...)...It's like de ja vu for the millionth time, being here in shooting threads together...senseless and neverending, it seems...)

I dont know about this idea. If you can see out others can see in -- in a way it seems like he might shoot someone through their window

I would be too scared to do it!!

I hope they start cutting down the tall grass, put some lights in the allies some way to make it harder for him to get away

they could use those contruction lights so it costs nothing --but then if it gets to hot he may just move to another area then resources are more stretched.

I really dont recall one as creepy as this guy since the dc snipers -- and they were really scary folks

I thought these were fairly close range shootings for some reason. Especially when he shoots them again when they are down. But I don't know for sure.

it was unreal -- what it ended up being was two guys who made a hole in the trunk of their of car and would lie down and shoot people from there car

I wonder if anyone has started working yearbooks yet? This person is definitely young, imo.
Also, someone asked earlier about basements and cellars. We don't have those in central Florida unless you live on a built up area. I don't believe there are any of those in the area but there are probably old bunkers that have been forgotten about.

Again, one you start researching this stuff, you realize it happens more often than one might think, moo.

This cat is likely local, but one can not help but wonder if he has resurfaced in Tampa after committing other crimes. He is young though, or so it seems, so maybe not involved in other shootings out of state.

FTR the NOCO Task Force made a comment many moons back along the lines of that they do communicate with out of state LE when the necessity arises.

bliz had mentioned motorcycle jacket...ft there are some motorcycle violent gang(s) in the area as per an article I posted upstream. Everyone seems to think he's on foot and lives right there, I'm not so sure, moo.

Ok, don't kill me, just trying to explore all angles:

Considering the gang problems there and noted feuds, maybe these are retaliations, hurting a member of a rival gang's family...just a thought...do any of these victims have prior gang affiliations or relatives who are in a gang? I know the possibility is strong these are random, opportunistic killings, and that seems to be the consensus here, again just exploring some different options.
