Well, it is certainly not lost on the state prosecutors nor on attorneys who are or were prosecutors but defense attorneys are thrilled she showed any emotion at all. The logic involved doesn't enter in for them, just as it does not when looking at the mass of circumstantial evidence. In this case, they are more or less reduced to picking holes in the coat worn by the other team. The fact that they are willing to defy logic should give potential jurors pause. Of course, you can watch this nightly on the crime shows. Check out their distortion of the August discovery by Roy Kronk.
