IN IN - Diamond Bynum, 21, & King Walker, 2, Gary, 25 July 2015

"There's a lot of abandoned houses," said Ariana Walker, the missing boy's mother. "I did 15 (Friday) and it's just all me. We really need help."

I can't even post what I want to post. But really, nobody in IN wants to help this family set up a search party. I wonder if the family even knows who they can contact for help.. I wished I lived closer to them. Doesn't anyone else see an issue?

My doctor changed my medications last week and the new medications are keeping me just as loopy as the others, so not much does make sense to me these days.

But I have it together enough to realize that there are MAJOR issues with this case.

The lack of media attention given to this case with a toddler missing along with a young woman who has the mental capacity of a child, I'm speechless, just speechless.

From what few reports there have been the community appears to be very shall I say absent, mind blown.

I cannot see Diamond being able to wander around for the days prior to the initial posting here and now the additional days with a toddler. I've tried and tried and I cannot get beyond either someone is intentionally hiding them for whatever reason or something bad has happened to them. :(

All the leads seem to have gone no where. I think it's time to start looking into who lives in the neighborhood. Diamond must know enough to ask for some help. They have to eat, King has to be changed.

My meds must be really messing with my mind because I would've sworn I'd read an article a few days ago that said they had a search and only a few people showed up and they needed more help from the community, but I've spent hours looking for it and can't seem to find it now. I don't know at this point unless I've got another case mixed up with this one.

I came across this at NBC News.

Choux I read the same thing :( I woke up and checked first thing on Diamond and King. These two are breaking my heart.

"And if Diamond sees this, to just call her dad. She knows my number by heart. We won't be mad. We just want you home." Intersting!! I wonder if she might think she is in trouble, but I don't know.

Someone is getting the ball moving! One step closer to finding them!

I think there are more people searching than a few are leading everyone to believe. There are so many abandoned buildings that need to be searched and it's not safe to be going into them. Squatters have been found in some of them. Plus there were 8 murders in Gary last week and 2 so far this week. Not a safe city to be wandering around in.

wow hoping these two are found soon. I wonder if diamond is savvy enough to have any form of social media.

I am assuming King is still in diapers. Where is Diamond getting them from? This is just so strange!

unless it's a very common name he has quite a few FB friends with the surname walker.

From the above missing article: Bynum has a disability in which she feels the need to constantly consume food and has a noticeable limp. Sounds like she has Prader-Willi. IMO.

Prader-Willi (PRAH-dur VIL-e) syndrome is a rare disorder present at birth that results in a number of physical, mental and behavioral problems. A key feature of Prader-Willi syndrome is a constant sense of hunger that usually begins at about 2 years of age.

People with Prader-Willi syndrome want to eat constantly because they never feel full (hyperphagia) and usually have trouble controlling their weight. Many complications of Prader-Willi syndrome are due to obesity.

If you or your child has Prader-Willi syndrome, a team of specialists can work with you to manage symptoms, reduce the risk of developing complications and improve quality of life.
