Still Missing LA - Sylviane Finck Lozada, 51, Baton Rouge, 5 July 2011 *husband arrested 2018*

Basically, the extradition policy is that the US and Venezuela agree to deliver up to justice any person who may be charged with or may have been convicted of murder or an attempt to commit murder, and a long list of other crimes including rape, forgery, burglary, etc.

Yes, true. Some parts of Venezuela are incredibly remote. Friends of mine have spent time there doing conservation work and actually got married there. They got married in this tiny village that was only accessible by burro.

When students picked up their schedules, Lozada's class had "Staff" listed next to the instructor's name. The school waited as long as they could, but recently hired a different teacher to fill her position.

Oscar Lozada's friend: "Praying for the best"

The Brusly High School teacher, Sylvaine Lozada, has been missing for nearly three weeks now. In that time, we have heard several reports from people who know and love her, but we have heard very minimal about her husband, Oscar.

He mentioned that the fact that Oscar is in Venezuela is not unusual either. He had actually traveled there several years ago for back surgery.

Thanks for all the updates !

I wonder if they found evidence of concrete being mixed in the home or in a friends home, it is messy to mix. If concrete was mixed and she was placed into buckets it does seem likey he would sink them in water. Possibly on the way to the airport.
