A grand jury on Thursday indicted 33-year-old Pierre Collins in the death of his son, Barway Collins. The grand jury also indicted Collins on second-degree murder charges.
The indictment on the first-degree murder count says, Pierre Barlee Collins caused the death of a juvenile male, Barway Edwin Collins, a human being with premeditation and with intent to effect the death of that person or another...."
Oh, this is so very, very sad. It tells us Pierre Collins is believed to be a very cold blooded, heartless, conniving murderer. I cringe at the thought of Little Edwin, the 10 y old innocent and adorable liittle boy, IMO probably tricked by his own father to skip happily down the bluff to the shore of the icy cold Mississippi River, then to have his mouth, hands and feet duct-taped and tossed like trash into the big round steel area that is set in the River itself, but near the edge: At the time of this horrific murder, icy drainage of dirty melting snow, car oil, all sorts of debris, sand and grit, would continuously flow through the big drainage duct, and splash on and over precious angel Little Angel's murdered body. REMEMBER we know that in the very final seconds of his precious little life, this Godly child LITTLE EDWIN made his last attempt to inhale air and instead his lungs filled with icy dirty, sludgy River and drainage water. Little Edwin was tossed, bound, into that frigid water, duct taped, no escaping death possible for this little Angel.
I imagine with all the Grand Jurors were told of the facts of the case and Pierre Collin's actions prior to the murder, each Juror went home that day weeping and knowing God Rules, or else there can only be total despair.
You know, I am quite sure - in the 90 percent area - that I saw Pierre Collins with my own eyes, in those first days after his son supposedly 'vanished into thin air' with Pierre, IMO utterly clueless that the child's little school bus contained state of the art video & audio, one video camera capturing his son's movements and chatter inside the little bus, and another camera pointed catching everything going on just in front of the bus as it was being driven. If it was PC, what I saw was a small guy, baseball cap pulled down on his face, face kept downward, a hostile and tense look about his entire 'self'. I wonder if there was Napoleon Complex? I also wonder if, like an addict who can't leave the casino (the sort who lives in a little crummy camper out in the casino parking lot...), PC had nothing but life & fire insurance proceeds $dollar signs$ (kinda like sugarplums...) "dancing in his head".
How do you think PC reacted when he was handed the 1st degree murder indictment - - finally comes clean and says 'yeah, I did it', or continues on with the 'wasn't me' game ? And the present wife: Is she 'standing by her man'? I hope we get an update about whether she's still having daily phone chats with PC (him telling her not to cheat on him...) Will PC tell his lawyers to come up with some kooky defense, such as: Nothing but coincidence that I had no job and no income (supposedly) and yet, somehow!!, kept a $30,000 life insurance policy on Little Edwin paid in full, and oh, two days prior to ----whoever is the real monster who did this----- this terrible event, it's just coincidence that I, with no job, supposedly no money, four mouths to feed, bought and paid in full a second life insurance policy for $20,000 on my beloved son. "I've been framed!" defense?? Mistaken identity? The kid drove himself to the river, duct taped himself, committed suicide & all I did was go to Cub Foods to buy milk? Hmmm - what will unfold now !???
