Something else I just noticed, for the jury summons on 3/15, there's a different judge listed: Jenna Plank. Wonder if he got Judge Ramras kicked off the case, or if he's just busy?

I am so sorry that he continues to be able to use the system to play games. At the very least, he has said the general whereabouts of Mark's body. He should not be able to futz with resources the way he does.
Here is to him never seeing the light of day outside of prison walls.

*Case Management Hearing (@ 1:30pm PT) - *OR – Kenneth Lee Griffin (53) (last seen Feb. 1, 2020 & reported missing on Feb. 2, 2020, Portland, found May 19, 2020 in Lovrien’s shed) - *Christopher Charles Lovrien (51 @ time of crime/52 now 57) indicted (4/30/20), re-indicted (3/10/21), charged (3/10/21) & arraigned (3/11/21) with 2nd degree murder, 1st degree abuse of a corpse & 6 counts of being a felon in possession of firearms. Plead not guilty. Held without bond.
Trial was set to begin on 7/31/23. Cases were severed.
Griffin Trial set to begin on 4/8/24.
Judge Christopher Ramras was presiding now Judge Jenna Plank. Dep. DA Kirsten M. Snowden & Margaret Burgess. Defense attorney Keith Goody.
Dribin Trial was set to begin on 1/29/24 continued on 2/5/24 & was cancelled. Lovrien plead guilty to 1st degree manslaughter & was sentenced to 20 years & no chance of parole on 1/12/24.

1/5/24 Update: Notice-defendant intends to present expert testimony. 1/10/24 Update: Exhibit list: Election. Next plea hearing on 1/12/24 @ 10am & transport requested.
1/12/24 Update: Dribin: Lovrien plead guilty to 1st degree manslaughter & revealed he place he's claiming to have buried Mark- Larch Mountain- is about 30 miles East of Portland. Judge Amy M. Baggio sentenced him to 20 years & no chance of parole. He will receive credit for time served & the possibility of time off for good behavior. Lovrien is going to remain at Multnomah County Jail for now since Griffin's trial will be coming up. Next hearing on Griffin case is a special jury panel summons hearing on 3/15/24 @ 9am.
2/8/24 Docket Update: Dribin: Incarnation: 240 months, min. 120 months in Oregon DOC-remanded. May be considered on remaining 120 months only. Not eligible for alternative incarnation. No Post prison supervision due to statutroy maximum. Waive all fines/fees/assessments. Count #1 has been severed for trial from the remaining counts; there is no disposition on the remaining counts at this time.
2/15/24 Update: Griffin: Motions hearing held. Appointment of counsel W. Keith Goody. 2/20/24 Docket update: Order issued by Judge Albrecht. Judge for trial is now Jenna Plank per court site.
2/28/24 Docket update: Notice of Appeal. A183414 Case open for other counts. Griffin: A case management hearing was added on 3/4/24 @ 1:30pm. Transport Ordered.

I didn't check yesterday, I was following Election results. I no longer have the link to watch the hearings, but today I found a few developments. Looks like he tried to sanction the prosecution for failing to turn over discovery in the other trial and was denied.
