What happened to Franchesca Alvarado?

FRANCHESCA Alvarado, where, oh, where are you?

Back on March 13, you went to Atlantic City for the evening with an older male friend named Tracy Williams, who drove you there. You were going to have some fun before registering for classes the following week at Community College of Philadelphia. You were thrilled, at age 22, to be starting college life as a criminal-justice major.

You were last seen around Resorts and the Borgata, but you never came home that night, as you’d planned to.

So.... now there is a name to this older man who supposedly took her to Atlantic City, and supposedly left her there. Tracy Williams.

BBM.
I used to work with a very disreputable guy named Tracy Williams. He's from the NY metro area, which is not that far from Filthydelphia. Is there a pic of this guy around?
TIA!

Update on four Ronnie columns

[snip]

I wish there were equally hopeful news to report about Franchesca Alvarado, the 22-year-old single mom from Hunting Park who has been missing since March 17.

[snip]

But there are no new leads, says East Detectives' Lt. Harold Lloyd, who has worked the case tirelessly.

In June, a badly decomposed body was found in Pemberton, N.J. But Alvarado's dental records don't appear to match. Still, her family has donated blood samples to see if their DNA matches DNA taken from the body. Results are pending.

"It's horrible. It's worse every day," says Alvarado's older sister, Christine. "The saddest thing is that we don't know what to tell J," Alvarado's 3-year-old daughter. "We can't keep telling her Mommy's on vacation. This is a nightmare."

Alvarado's family is still offering a reward for information on her whereabouts. If you can help, call East Detectives at 215-686-3243 or Christine, Alvarado's sister, at 267-241-9592. For updates on Facebook, join "Find Franchesca Cheka Alvarado."

One family still hopes, another grieves in cases of missing women

The family of a missing North Philadelphia woman is working hard to keep her disappearance from fading into the past.

It's been almost six months since anyone saw Franchesca Alvarado. Her family is dealing with the pain with the help of another family with a similar story.

Alvarado's sister Alma Rios says her family has grown used to waiting for news of her sister, 22, who was last seen on March 13.

Brotherly Love

[snip]

Unfortunately, not every murder victim can have an advocate as tireless as Melanie Colon’s kid brother. Ralphiee Colon, 18 and still in high school, is leaving no media outlet uncalled, no flier unposted in hopes that someone, somewhere, knows something.

[snip]

He’s befriended the similarly outspoken family of Franchesca Alvarado, a North Philly woman who’s been missing since March. He hopes other victims’ families will follow their lead.

Today marks 1 year since Franchesca Alvarado has been missing.
Her family and friends are holding an event, including releasing lanterns at sunset.

I will add it to the archive when it is reported.

I'm sad that this didn't get more coverage. Do we know what ever happened to the guy that returned without her?

I saw this on my fb feed.. Looks like a little kids sneaker to me.. :(
