That wasn't her. That was a half-sister on the FATHER'S side. Annette was not Thomas' biological daughter. Even if the poster WAS Annette, she would not be related to the boys on the FATHER'S side. She would be the boys' half sister on their MOTHER'S side. However, the boys were not Korrina's sons.

We are her biological sons. We are connected to Annette through Korrina.

Korrina and Annette have never contacted her family in Iowa. We have not heard from her. We have always wondered and have our own theories as to what happened. @alwayssearching. I would like to believe your story of knowing the boys and speaking to them. If you are in touch with them I would love to get in contact with them. So please send me the information.

I personally do not remember when she left (Although, I have seen dates somewhere saying that she disappeared days after Thanksgiving (Nov 20th or 21st) in 1987). However, after speaking with living relatives of Steve and Korrina, they fought frequently. Korrina once even hit Steve in the head with a cast iron skillet. On the night she left, they had an argument. She went outside and jumped into the car and drove it to the edge of the plantation. Then she disappeared. This is the story I got from Steve.

The age is the same and Korinna's family lived in Iowa at the time according to news stories.
The only thing is I don't see any one on her friends list that could be Annette, there is a boy that is 23 who calls her mom and a 30 yo girl but she doesnt call her mom and has blue eyes and doesnt look like Annette at all.

What does everyone else think?

The Korrina on myspace also has a fb. She is 49. The missing mom is 49 according to intellus. The Korrina on fb middle name is Lyn. The missing Korrina's middle name is Lynne. I think there is something to this, I feel it in my bones. I cant find a dob for the missing Korinna or any missing poster for her. Also, on fb this Korinna has 2 friends named Annette, and several named Ann.

Tommy, I found this woman some time back. Her name is Korrina and I believe she's the same age and is also from Iowa. Small world. It's a shame you where so young back then and can't tell if she looks like Annette's mom Korrina. I don't believe there's ever been pics posted of Korrina either.

I do not know anything specifically about that day except what everybody already knows. Even from the information that I have gotten from family is not any different. You know as much as I know. Her parents, I know have passed after speaking with her brother sometime last year or in 2010.

My grandmother was Korrina's mothers' first cousin. My grandmother died not knowing what happened to them. I would love to find out what happened to them. I am only a year older than Annette. I am no crime solver and would love all of your help in this. I would love to talk to her brothers any time. My mother is in contact with Korrina's brother Lee (Leon Sagers). I am sorry I have been off for a long time.
To Tommy, I do have a few pictures of your mother when she was young. I can't find any of her after the age of maybe 14 and that picture is blurry. Lee has stated that he gave all of his to the police department of her and they won't give them back until the case is closed.

Wow, I did not know about this - I wonder if Korrina was afraid of her father and left because of that? Does anyone know what their relationship was like after her mother was killed?

I don't know if she was afraid of her father. Korrina never knew her mother she was only a few months old when her mother died. And my grandmother Nina raised her and her brother like her own. The father came and took them back though. My grandmother had them a few times. I wish my grandmother was here to talk to.

I'm sorry if this had all been answered before but does anyone know who was living at the plantation at the time? I know we have the Mother/Daughter/Father and two brothers. But was there any hired help? Or Grandparents living there..other extended family?
And I know this might sound moot but is there any way I can get the address of the plantation so that I can get a layout? I Like to start from scratch and SEE the spots in question Thank you.

As I stated before, Korrina is our mother. Annette is her daughter from a previous marriage. James and I were the children of Steve and Korrina. We have birth certificates to prove it and pictures of us kids with mother (all happy). There is a picture I have that also shows Annette playing with me when I was between 1 and 2.

Fascinating. Tommy, could you post some pics to give us some idea of what Korrina looked like? Also any additional pics you have of Annette, as she is the primary subject of this thread.

Does anyone know if the police suspected Steve (dad/husband) in 1987 and 1988 but lacked evidence... or was he cleared?

I was under the impression that KM was the stepmom of SM's boys. If KM came back for Annette, why would she not take the boys? Did LE not know the boys were KM's biological sons?
