Let me first say that I support Medical Marijuana use for the chronically and terminally ill, so this is in no way a bash of that aspect of the issue. That being said, guess who is on the NORML (National Organization for the reform of Marijuana laws) Legal Committee in Florida??

I heard a snippet this morning on News 13 by the new attorney that the A's are slowly coming to grips with the idea that the remains found last week are probably THAT of their granddaughter Caylee.

Haven't found a link yet, but will update this post if/when I find it.
 
given all the statements he has released thus far, he sounds like just what the A's need. They've done almost a complete 180 since he's been hired... just wish they would of hired him sooner!
 
So far I really like this attorney. He seems genuine, smart, caring and articulate plus he's soothing to look at and listen to. Out of all the attorneys / spokespersons the A's have had this man is by far the best and the most likable, and if anyone can reach C & G *and* the general public I'm thinking he could be the one to do it. I do hope he'll stay on with them - he's exactly the kind of person they need right now.
 
I am glad he is "cleaning house". It is about time.
The new lawyer has his work cut out for him. There is a lot of scheming, lying and manipulation that he will have to sift through.
I wish him luck.

He is truly exactly what the A's need. I get the impression that he is soft spoken and extremely genuine. They'd better hang on to this one and not lose him! Somehow I have the feeling that with Caylee being found that GA will now step up to the plate and abandon all of his spinning that he'd done regarding his FBI interviews and GJ testimony. I am hoping in any case that now CA will no longer be the leader here pulling him about by his nose anymore.

He sure does have his work cut out for him and we all know how stubborn CA is! Once the shock wears off we'll see where it all goes with her. I am holding my breath!
 
anyone know his track record..How many cases he has won?..at least he has some years behind him..Not like Baez!!!!

It seems to me they found themselves a far better lawyer than Casey did. The fact that he is also active in law reform impresses me. Most people involved in crime see how awful and dangerous alcohol is, and do support at least the decriminalization (if not legalization) of marijuana. I think C & G are going to need this guy, as I think it highly likely they will be charged in the near future.
 
In watching him, so far.. and the fact that GA and CA are being quiet.. plus the fact that they got rid of the spokesperson lady.. I'd give this lawyer a thumbs up so far.

I am also wondering if the seperation with kidsfinders is his doing.. if so good job..

It will be interesting to see how long he can keep them in line.. I pray that he has knocked some sence into them..
I do feel for them.. even tho they have acted poorly many times in this circus.. I cant help still feeling bad that anyone has to go thru losing a grandchild.
 
He may last and they may need him. Apparently, MN couldn't work with the Anthonies because he couldn't support their public statements and activities advancing Casey's innocence and claiming Caylee is still alive. The timing of the whole new legal team/experts coming together and the spate of Anthony public appearances was planned, and he is probably part of the overall plan. We just didn't know what was happening behind the scenes. They all must be very upset that such a huge wrench has been thrown into the works: the accidental discovery of the probable remains of Caylee. Plan B time. I hope this lawyer can win their confidence, get the A's to understand public perceptions, their own possible jeopardy, common sense, etc. I no longer care so much what happens to them, but at least maybe they'd shut up.
 
I like the guy. he seems alot like MN..genuine. I think he really doesn't give a s**t what happens to KC..his realm is to protect GA/CA, negotiate their immunity for everything they know, stick around for the book deal...he has singlehandely shut CA up and booted MB/KFN/Larry King to the curb. I think MN could have done this as well...but Brad has it easier because they've found her body, until then no one was going to tell CA anything. Also, she realizes her butt is in alot of trouble and now SHE needs HIM.
