Judge orders out the owner of a cell phone that just went off!

Never socialised with OP. OP always stopped his car to chat to him as he drove by. They shared an interest in cars. He met Reeva once - the Saturday or Sunday before the shooting. OP was driving an unregistered car that he was test-driving. One thing she did that he'll never forget, when OP introduced them she hugged him. That was the last time he saw her.

Cell phone ringing. Masipa asked that person to leave the court.

OP introduced Reeva as his fiancée.

Wonderful to see June Steenkamp with a little smile on her face in hearing this neighbor's pleasant memories of Reeva.

someone has used a cell phone in court, Masipa is on the warpath..

Mr N... pistorius mentioned to me, meet my fiancé, Reeva.. I said. oh well !!.. this is nice.. I said to Oscar.. this one is for keeps.. also.. that Oscar would be moving out to J'burg.. I said, it is very sad to lose a neighbour like you.. Reeva hugged me again. he was moving because of Reeva.. to J'burg

That is such bull arp......I've dated guys that did that to me.......introduced as 'fiancé without so much as a discussion of the subject before......I consider it's red flag

N: I said to Oscar, Oscar, this one is for keeps....He said he was moving to Joburg and I said I'd be sorry to lose a good neighbour but it was worth it if it was for a girl like her.

Reeva hugged him before she left too. He was obviously very touched and impressed by her at their first meeting, and not just because of her beauty.

pics being shown.. house location on the estate... where mr N house is, where Oscars is.. where Mr N 's bedroom is.. its to the right of the balcony

sorry.. its Mr Roux doing the leading questions..

still going thru where mr N's bathroom is in relation to Oscars house etc..

They are showing a photo of how close his house is to OP's and I really can't make out any details. N says OP's bathroom window is closest to his daughter's room.

He was home with wife, kids evening 13th Feb. They went to be around 22/23 hours.

N: I was woken up by my wife, told me she heard a bang. She wasn't certain if it was inside or outside the house...I had to go check my daughter was okay..her door was still locked. I then started checking the house, said to my wife, 'There's nothing in the house'.

Neighbour is Nhlengethwa ("N"). He was woken up by his wife in the early hours of the morning. Wife heard a bang. left his bedroom and went to his daughter's bedroom to see if her door was still locked. Started checking the whole house. Went up and said there was nothing in the house so the noise was outside.

Mr Ns wife was at home , his children.. they went to bed around 10, 10.30.. what woke him up was his wife, who told me she heard a sound.. either inside the house or outside.. I said oh.. it might be near our daughters room, we always lock the door to the bedrooms.. I checked her door, I checked the house, checking the doors, downstairs, etc.. said to my wife.. nothing in the house.. from that time, I starting checking thru the blinds to outside.... I started hearing a man crying very loud. suddenly.. could be outside, one of our neighbors.. I was not sure what happened..

N: Then I started to hear a man that was crying very loud. We went into that shock mode.

R: What did you explain to me (re crying)

N:...there's this normal crying and this crying when you're in danger and need help...the person that made that crying was in need of help....a very high-pitched voice. Very high pitched.
