BAYTOWN, Texas - Officials said they have found a body Thursday during the third day of searching in Texas City for a missing Baytown girl, who is the subject of a statewide Amber Alert issued after her mother and sister were found dead.

This is happening way too frequently! This is the 3rd or 4th Amber Alert this week that ended in the child's death. :furious:

At least this murderer has been caught. I pray there is Justice for Kirsten and her mom and sister.

UPDATE: Police confirm that a body has been found in the search of Kirsten Fritch and believe it is the missing teenager. About 1:30 p.m. Texas EquuSearch founder Tim Miller told some of the returning searchers, "We found her." Police officials say they will be filing murder charges against her boyfriend who has been in custody.

Surveillance video captured Dobbs’ arrest inside Shenanigan's.
"The video showed him at the far end of the bar when police barged in with flashlights. One officer had his gun drawn. Officers struggled with Dobbs and they fell to the ground, the video showed. In the video, officers picked him up and walked him out of the bar.

The bar owner said Dobbs was barefoot and drenched in sweat."

So sorry they found her deceased.

I read earlier they'd only been dating a few weeks. While not impossible of course for her to be pregnant in such a short time, I'd sooner assume his rambling "they're going to kill my son" was some drug induced stuff.
