They seem to have removed the quote from the article. If he's completely psychotic/on drugs, I'm not sure I'd take his word for anything.

According to the grandmother: "Dobbs started dating Fritch after they met online and moved into the family's house, according to DeRamus. She says Fritch's mother wanted him out. "He just seemed like a lowlife," she said. "I thought what was Kirsten doing with this idiot."

I'm wondering how long they've been dating. An article earlier said "a few weeks" but that's pretty vague. It's been a decade and a half since I've been pregnant but my doctor said at the time that gender determination via ultrasound isn't reliable until 12 weeks into the pregnancy. Of course technology may have changed since then.

Editing my post: I see from this article that grandmother says he moved in a few weeks ago, so it's possible they've been together longer.

I only wish mom would have had a gun for protection, and knew how to use it.

I know not all will agree, but right now, that's how I feel.

We don't know if she had one and knew how to use it. It is just speculation at this point

According to the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, (Cynthia)Morris had gunshot wounds in her torso and neck while ( Breanna) Pavlicek had gunshot wounds in her head, neck and right shoulder. Their deaths were ruled homicides.

Equusearch volunteers on ATVs found the body within half an hour of starting day two of the search about 12:30 p.m. Thursday. Dorris said the body was found just outside the area police searched Wednesday evening.

At an afternoon press conference Baytown police Lt. Steve Dorris said Fritch's body had likely been there over 24 hours.


The body was found on the northeast edge of a wooded area behind Shenanigan's bar in Texas City, where Dobbs was arrested. Surveillance video reportedly showed him entering the bar wet and shoeless.


"We'll be looking for a gun," Dorris said, though he could not say whether the body had a gunshot wound.


Dobbs is likely to be charged with murder, Dorris said. Police and the Galveston County District Attorney will weigh evidence when considering whether to pursue capital murder charges.

So sorry for this family, and all who knew and loved them.
 
In the surveillance video from the bar where he was arrested, Dobbs looks like he's wearing a dress shirt and dress pants... odd.

They often are. That amazes me, but then again, it's hard to comprehend some of the evil that we hear about nowadays. He probably won't be smirking when they insert the needle in his arm in a few years.
 
I live about 3 hours south of Baytown. This case is haunting me! 21 year-old extinguishes an entire family... it's horrific and unusual. There has been no news since Thursday when Kirsten's body was found, almost like a media blackout. The cast of characters I have come across on social media related to this case are unbelievable.

This was on the 10PM news last night in Houston. Nothing new really except he was formally charged.

Bless her heart. So sad for the family of all these victims, what a senseless tragedy.
