Yep - still out... :( and no updates on the schedule for Clay County - they are still showing April stuff. Wish this County had a place where you can look up each person separately....

@Niner I found a link to see court information. Looks like a jury trial is set for 2/27/24. Here's the link to Fulbright's court documents and I'll try to link how I got there below.

I see Newsom has an Announcement hearing - maybe she is changing her plea?
 
I wonder if the DA has made her a plea offer? Especially if she does like the last mistrial, testify for the state of Texas against the defendant? Copied from a law page I searched on Google.

At the final announcement setting it is determined whether the defendant wishes to reach a plea bargain agreement or to have a trial. If the decision is made to have a trial, most courts will not allow the plea bargain be offered again.

Hoping she does change her plea & testifys against Fulbright & brings SOME Justice for Olivia!
 
Tuesday, February 20th:
*Pretrial Hearing (@ 9am CT) – TX – Scarlette Olivia Newsom (2) (Oct. 17, 2018, Dean; taken off life support after 5 days) – *Joshua Thomas Fulbright (23/now 27) “BF” arrested & charged (10/17/18), indicted (12/18/18) & arraigned (1/22/19) with 1st degree felony count of injury to a child resulting in serious bodily injury. Indicted (1/13/22) on murder. $250K bond. Bond reduced (12/23/19) to $50K. Out on bond on 12/23/19. Posted $50K bond (1/13/22) with GPS monitor & having no contact with Newsom.
Jury trial was set begin on 12/6/19 with jury selection, but were unable to find 12 jurors. Trial was set to begin on 3/25/20-cancelled due to COVID is continued on 8/22/22 for Jury selection. Will be tried in Montague County.
Trial was reset to begin on 2/6/24 was continued on 2/27/24.

8/25/22 Thursday, Trial Day 2: State witnesses: No info available. Trial continues on 8/26/22.
8/26/22 Friday, Trial Day 3: Trial ended in a mistrial as Fulbright’s attorney Mark Barber was arrested for a DWI.
10/14/23 Update: Mark Barber was representing Fulbright. His trial for a murder charge in connection with the death of 2-year-old Scarlette Olivia Newsom Oct. 18, 2018, was about a week into the prosecution's case when Barber was arrested & a judge subsequently declared a mistrial. His murder trial is reset for 2/6/24, at the Montague County Courthouse. A charge of DWI with a child passenger under 15 against him was dismissed because of insufficient evidence after lab tests came back negative from the Texas Dept. of Public Safety, according to a judge's order. An earlier trial for Fulbright also ended in a mistrial Dec. 6, 2019, because a jury could not be seated after attorneys questioned a group of 80 potential jurors in Clay County. The trial was subsequently moved to Montague County on a change of venue. A different defense attorney, Mark Barber represents Fulbright.
