Following this case... not in Harris County yet (I can access) & I see he is still in Montgomery County jail, which I can not access.

Anyone here have access to Montgomery County - was just wondering if it says anything about him being transferred to Harris County.

I did a search of the jail roster through the MoCo Sheriff's office and it's showing he is no longer in that jail. So I think he has been moved to Harris County.

I don't see him on the Harris County roster either though. No one with that name or his birthday were found in my search.

It's believed Kevin Ware Jr. killed Taylor Pomaski by strangling, cutting and beating her, according to court records.

In addition, prosecutors claim Ware also burned Pomaski's body.

The latest details come more than one year after Pomaski went missing in April 2021. She and Ware were dating before her disappearance.

*Master Docket Hearing (@ 9am CT) - TX - Taylor Christine Pomaski (29) (last seen @ party at her home in the 4500 block of Stallion Brooks Lane, in north Harris County. Taylor attended a party & has not been seen or heard from since, April 25, 2021, in Spring, north Harris County; reported missing by parents on May 9, 2021; found Dec. 10, 2021 in northern Harris County, ID'd April 30, 2022) - Kevin Ware, Jr. (41) was arrested (4/19/21) for drug & weapons charges & was out on bond. Rearrested (6/9/21) for violating a bond-supervision court order on Friday for an unrelated drug & firearms charges in Montgomery County.
Indicted (7/28/22) & charged (8/3/22) with felony 1st degree murder, felony 3rd degree unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon & felony 2nd degree tampering/fabricating physical evidence/human corpse. Transferred (9/7/22) from Montgomery County jail to Harris County jail.
Taylor Pomaski was dating former San Francisco 49ers tight end & was last seen on April 25 at a gathering at her home that she shared with him. Tim Miller, founder of the nonprofit missing-person search group Texas EquuSearch, said that during the party, “a fight broke out with Ware & Taylor, and, from what we understand, the fight got fairly violent.” The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office on Wednesday, 6/9/21 afternoon was found in the 22200 block of Willowgate Drive in the Greengate Place subdivision. Ware, a convicted felon, was originally arrested on 4/19/21 for drug & weapon charges in Montgomery County. He got out on a $23,000 bond & reportedly, days later, during a get together at his Klein-area home, witnesses reported a violent fight between the couple. She disappeared & Ware stopped showing up for court appearances. As of 12/10/21 Ware remains in the Montgomery County jail. He is pending charges for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a first-degree felony & n\unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third-degree felony. Held in Montgomery County jail & transferred to Harris County jail on 9/7/22.
