Will Cindy attend the Motion Hearing Friday

Has CA had any personal contact with KC since Caylee's remains were found? If not, I have a feeling CA will want to come face to face with KC and attend the hearing, with or without her attorny's blessing. If she has already made contact with KC, then I don't think CA will attend, really at this point there would be no reason for her to be there IMO.

No one in her family has seen her since she was indicted on murder charges in October.

Well, except for on tv from the last court hearing.

I do think CA will want to go. I do think BC will ask that she not attend.

I still stand by my earlier statement that it won't matter what she does, she'll catch flack either way. Regardless there will be speculation on why/why not.

1. probably not.
2. yes, probably - if he's smart, he'll start trying to convince her now and maybe even tamper with her car so she can't just leave without him knowing.
3. don't know if jb and bc are "friends" or not but he (jb) should definitely tell bc he'll owe him big time if he (bc) can keep her away.
4. i really, really, REALLY hope so!

I honestly hope that Cindy will grow a backbone and start getting angry at Casey. I hope she will make an appearance just to give her a nice staredown and start getting ANGRY. One can hope right? I honestly do not think she will, but maybe she is finally starting to do some math. I truly feel sorry for her and think she was in the most serious state of denial an individual can be in, now it is time for her to quit making excuses and be an advocate for Caylee.

Thanks for the response Insomnia Momma I didn't think any contact was made at least since Caylee's remains were found, but just wasn't sure. ITA with you that CA will "catch flack" whether she goes or does not go. I'm sure there will be much to talk about this Fri.

Cindy should begin the day at the funeral home to visit her granddaugher's remains and start plans for a funeral. Then the rest of her day visiting her husband, George.
Casey can take care of the count procedures, it's all about her anyway.

Based on this recent announcement that they are trying to hold a "memorial" in prison with KC, I now think that she will attend. She'll be there. She's held her tongue far too long. She needs some exposure...It's been too long.

In light of them wanting a jailhouse memorial, I really hope Cindy does show up. And I hope they talk about Caylee's remains, how they found them strung all over a patch of wooded land with duck tape wrapped around the skull. I hope they are not nice and respectful about any of it just because she is sitting there listening. Honestly, I hope they sit them to where she can look her murdering daughter in the face while they talk about it..
