The medication used for lethal injection is made in Canada as most of us know Canada does not carry the death penalty. They no longer want to sell us the medication.sometimes prison justice is better than the death penalty.

I'm sorta puzzled about how the kids play into this. She had a friend that saw her an hour before she "left", and she was fine. The son told the cops that she left to walk to the store. Are the kids lying to protect dad ? Is the friend lying ? If not, where would he have been able to attack her where it wouldn't have been noticed or seen in broad daylight ? The timeline on this one seems squirrely to me as well.

Adding that dogs followed her scent down the street and to the middle of the road.

I just looked at the ujsportal site and BJ has a preliminary hearing today at 8:30 AM EDT. I could have sworn that it previously said "arraignment" for today.

Does anybody know if the preliminary hearing will be in open court? Are media allowed?

The next preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 7, 2015 at 10:15 AM EDT.

About the dogs, she could have walked that way anytime. Dogs can't tell what time a scent was made and a lot depends on the type of dog and handler. If there were 2 scent trails they would follow the freshest and if it ended, continue on the older one unless the handler is tuned to the dog and notices subtle signals. Might be a good question for an SAR person GigTu.
Since she lived there she may have walked there many times.

What I was wondering is why custody of these children were given to bj's parents? Does anyone know a good family law attorney? I am going to need one.Are they not considered witnesses? Ty especially. given his age he is very aware of what is going on.

I was thinking since she was in the house when he took went to dispose her he took her that way and where the scent stopped is where he loaded her into the car? I do not know much about these dogs. There is some other questions I have about these dogs? Can they smell when a car is running with ac/heat on in the car? from outside? Just curious.

"State police said Wednesday they are waiting for the results of toxicology tests that Clinton County Coroner Zack Hanna said are needed to determine the cause and manner of death."

Funeral will be this Saturday.
